Julianne Moore in Jason Wu | 2012 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Julianne Moore played with a monochrome look when she stepped out for Monday night’s Critics’ Choice Television Awards.

The 51-year-old actress wore a slimming white halterneck Jason Wu dress with black contouring and halterneck straps.

I liked the dress on her, especially the length. I feel like full length would have been too demanding, although since it’s shorter — she really should have worn a better color shoe; either in a rich jewel tone or good ‘ol black.

The nude color of her Walter Steiger “Possession” sandals totally wash out her foot, which is a shame since they also come in electric purple as well as black.

Julianne wore her auburn hair swept to the side before finishing off with Bulgari jewelry and a bright pink tone makeup palette.
