Katy Perry continued her promotional tour for her upcoming concert movie, “Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D”, by paying a visit to Jay Leno last night on “The Tonight Show”.

Fresh off her of wins at this year’s MuchMusic Video Awards, Katy looked gorgeous in a navy blue bustier silk dress from the Spring 2012 collection by Roland Mouret, which featured red floral embroidery going down one side of the design.

I love that she played up that bright element with a pair of cherry satin, double platform peep toe pumps from Giuseppe Zanotti with thin ankle straps. They were the perfect color and didn’t weigh down the thin dress.

Katy finished off her look with soft retro pin-curl tresses that were highlighted with fun purple streaks!

Hopefully she’s on her way back to going full raven black. I love that style on her.

Did you love this look like Katy like I did?

I may be wrong but I have this feeling that I have seen similar dress on someone, maybe Evan Rachel Wood, but I think it was a long time ago. I my self would not wear this kind of dress but it looks very good on Katy.
