Taylor Lautner in Rag & Bone | 2012 MTV Movie Awards

Last night at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, Taylor Lautner may have skipped on the red carpet, but we got an eyeful of his cool suit when he took the stage at the end of the night to accept the award for ‘Movie of the Year’.

Taylor was joined by his costar Kristen Stewart and a large amount of the rest of the cast from “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″. Unfortunately, Robert Pattinson was off in Toronto doing promotion for his new movie.

The 20-year-old actor wore this navy linen Rag & Bone suit, which included a single button “Ellington” blazer with contrast peaked lapels. Taylor paired it with a black henley and Rag & Bone ‘s matching “Grosvenor” waistcoat and skinny trouser.

I love the contrasting elements between black and navy. Taylor looked really relaxed last night, but was a departure from his usual ‘business suit’ or henley-and-leather-jacket look.

I would have liked some red carpet shots of this one!

He finished off with distressed leather lace-up boots and a little bit of facial scruff.
