Carly Rae Jepsen performs “Call Me Maybe” in Ani Lee at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards!

Carly Rae Jepsen closed out the 2012 Teen Choice Awards last night, held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Hollywood, with a performance of her can’t-get-it-out-of-your-head hit single “Call Me Maybe”.

The 26-year-old pop singer wore a lavender and lime green floral and polka-dot playsuit, which was custom designed by her stylist Elshane and designer Ani Lee. The look was inspired by Ani Lee ‘s popular line of “Bianca” playsuits.

Carly Rae’s legs glowed thanks to her lavender fishnet tights and white hi-top sneakers!

She heavily accessorized with gold-and-turquoise stone bracelets and rings — and oversize POParazzi “The Matrixx” gold arrowhead earring. Despite all of Carly Rae’s layered jewels, I believe the focal point was definitely her ten speed bicycle braided necklace by Lenora Dame.
