Debby Ryan in Bibhu Mohapatra | 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Debby Ryan from Disney Channel’s hit series “Jessie” totally gave us ‘the cold shoulder’ tonight on the pink carpet at the Teen Choice Awards — but, in the hottest way!

The 19-year-old arrived at the Gibson Amphitheatre wearing an electric long-sleeve cocktail dress from the Resort 2013 collection by Bibhu Mohapatra. The white dress with cutouts at the shoulders featured a sassy static print in black, orange and hot pink. 

This was truly my favorite dress from Mohapatra’s collection, so I was beyond excited to see it worn tonight and I really feel like Debby did it justice. It needed a young and energetic personality to pull it off.

Her long brunette tresses were simply styled sleek, but it was very appropriate for the look.

Debby finished off with black and white strappy Chanel open toe sandals, a Edie Parker “Lara” silver pearlescent clutch with ice ends, a white lacquered manicure and a hot pink matte pout.
