Deborah Ann Woll in Stella McCartney | “Ruby Sparks” LA Premiere

Deborah Ann Woll rocked head-to-toe Stella McCartney when she attended the red carpet Hollywood premiere of “Ruby Sparks” on Friday night at the American Cinematheque’s Egyptian Theatre.

She showed off her trim figure with a black high-waisted pencil skirt, but added a vibrant pop of color with a partially unbuttoned — and loosely tucked in — bright blue silk blouse from the Winter 2012 collection.

Deborah complimented the blue of her top with diamond-and-sapphire large stud earrings, which were easily showcased due to her elegantly twisted up ‘do. Seriously, the back of her hair is so pretty that I included a photo below.

This look was complete with two-tone black and nude ankle strap sandals.
