Demi Lovato in Topshop | “The X Factor” Season 2 Greensboro Auditions

After a performance on Friday’s “Good Morning America”, it was back to work on “The X Factor” for Demi Lovato when she joined L.A. Reid and Britney Spears today for Season 2 auditions in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The 19-year-old “Give Your Heart A Break” singer stayed trendy by wearing a Topshop neon coral, short sleeve lace “Flippy” dress.

Despite the one hundred and five degree summer heat, it must have been cool inside the Greensboro Coliseum — because Demi wore a leather jacket! That’s right, she layered on a cropped moto jacket to match her black patent double platform “Lady Peep” platform pumps by Christian Louboutin.

Demi piled on the gold jewelry, included diamond encrusted spiked earrings and a matching bangle and index ring.

Between the jacket and heavy make-up she was wearing, I would be a sweaty and unattractive mess but, Demi managed to look totally comfortable. With that said, I would have preferred to see her compliment the summery dress with lighter accessories though. The darker elements would be best suited for an early fall transition.

Demi and her hairstylist were obviously feeling a little futuristic! The front of her hair was flipped up to the side while the rest remained mostly out and pin-straight. A portion of her hair was wrapped around the base of a ponytail to create a half up/half down style. Interesting.
