“Hart of Dixie” star Jaime King hit the scarlet red carpet this evening for the CW, CBS and Showtime 2012 Summer TCA soirèe wearing a look from the designer’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

The 33-year-old actress rocked a black-and-blue brocade blouse with a gorgeous matching skirt that featured a ruffled hem. A similar design was seen on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, but Jaime’s top is an off-runway piece.

You may remember Chloe Moretz wearing another version of this dress for the “Dark Shadows” LA premiere.

Both ladies look great in blue!

I liked her strappy sandals, but I would rather have seen her wear a pair of faux leather platforms from the same collection as her top and skirt. I’ve yet to see a shoe that works as well with these designs as the shoes they were originally paired with.

With minimal make-up — aside from a bold strawberry-red lip — she finished off this look by gathering her shoulder length blonde tresses in a tightened and twisted bun style. I think a bouncy ponytail or loose waves would have been really pretty too.
