Kristen Stewart’s SWATH Press Round-Up: Part 1

It was a nearly two-month-long straight press tour for Kristen Stewart as she promoted her hit fairytale action film “Snow White and the Huntsman” with costars Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth and Sam Claflin. Among several red carpet events in London, Madrid, Berlin, Hollywood and Sydney were plenty of interviews in between.

International press kicked off in England in mid-May where the SWATH gang hung out at the Arundel Castle on the English countryside doing interviews day after day leading up to the world premiere in London.

On Day 1, Kristen sat down for her day of press wearing her standard white tee and skinny jeans ensemble — but with the addition of a very chic jacket! Kristen wore a black leather cropped jacket from the Pre-Fall 2012 BCBG Max Azria collection, which was embroidered with red quilted elements, metallic elements and denim washed panels.

I dig Kristen’s personal style, but I wish she had worn a sleeker top with this look rather than her knotted tee.

A white or black semi-sheer tank, perhaps?

After injuring her foot during re-shoots for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ a few weeks earlier, Kristen kept comfortable in a pair of high rise dark wash Nobody Denim “Cult” skinny leg jeans and some vintage plush red “Freestyle” high top trainers from Reebok.

 

Day 2 found Kristen in an outfit very similar to the previous afternoon, but this time around the look was much more streamlined.

Kristen wore a white sleeveless asymmetric blouse from H&M that she paired with a black leather biker jacket with gingham checked panels on the sleeves. This jacket comes from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Versace — with a detachable hood that she, thankfully, removed.

For a majority of the sit down Q&A, Kristen wore her Nobody jeans and her favorite Bloch “Hannah” oxfords — but, she switched to something a little different for the TV interviews.

This clip featured on “The Ellen Show” found Kristen in a short pair of black leather shorts from JP Tod’s. She must have braved some foot pain for an hour or two, because those flat oxfords were long gone in favor of a pair with a heel!

Kristen is wearing lace up oxford booties from Babara Bui with a silver metallic pointed cap toe.

 

Before joining her cast-mates at the premiere that night, Kristen sat down with a few media outlets in a comfy top and jeans.

The 22-year-old actress wore dark denim Victoria Beckham “Powerskinny” jeans that she paired with a cropped ivory McGinn “Britt” top. This center-seamed crew-neck blouse featured split cap sleeves and is available in only one size.

It must be very soft and roomy!

 

This wasn’t really a “press look”, but while on her way to the premiere, Kristen covered up her gorgeous skeletal Marchesa gown with a classic black Burberry London trench coat.

For her last day of press in London — the day after the premiere — Kristen was spotted arriving at BBC Radio One wearing her favorite black Rebecca Minkoff  “Becky” blazer!

Kristen layered the jacket over a black vintage Led Zeppelin t-shirt from the 1980s. Below the LZ logo was a photo of their classic airship image and the words “Rock n’ Roll Forever”.

With long loose waves — her look was complete with the dark indigo “Cult” skinny jeans by Nobody and silver-studded “Rollerbille” slippers by Christian Louboutin. Kristen also wore these shoes for an interview on “Le Grand Journal”.

I love that she kept her outfit interview-ready, but there was a total touch of her own personality in every inch of it.
