From Tip-to-Toe: Get Michelle Williams' Winning Golden Globes Look!

Get Michelle Williams’ Winning Golden Globes Look!

Michelle Williams dazzled on the red carpet in Jason Wu for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards last night, and continued to shine when she hit the stage during the show to accept her award for "Best Actress in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical" for her role as Marilyn Monroe in "My Week With Marilyn". Chanel make-up artist Angela Levin gave Michelle a gorgeous dewy look -- using products from CHANEL Beauté -- that was inspired by her classic beauty. Interested in copying Michelle's lovely look? Here's how! Angela started the makeup application with cleaning the skin with CHANEL Lotion Douceur Gentle Hydrating Toner using a sponge instead of cotton.  She then applied a thin layer of CHANEL Ultra Correction Lift Intensive Lifting Concentrate on her face, Angels Makeup Collagen Treatment under her eyes, and placed CHANEL Sublimage La Creme Texture Supreme on her cheeks and neck. Angela applied CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 in Beige-Pastel on the face and eye lids, as a base.  On the eyes, she used the grey shadow shades from the CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Smoky Eyes to create a light smoky effect on the upper lid, then adding CHANEL Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Black Shimmer to the top lash.
From Tip-to-Toe: Jessica Biel's Ethereal CHANEL Beauty at the 2012 Golden Globes!

Jessica Biel’s Ethereal CHANEL Beauty at the 2012 Golden Globes!

Jessica Biel stunned on the red carpet for the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards, and in addition to her gorgeous Elie Saab gown and cascading tendrils, she was giving some really good face-time thanks to make-up artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua. Kara got Jessica ready for the big night using some spectacular products from CHANEL Beauté! To achieve her look she stuck to a light palette of colors after becoming inspired by the coloring of Jessica's gown. "I wanted to keep it simple and bright in the corals and neutral tones," said Bua. Here's how she did it: “I started Jessica’s look by applying CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 in Beige-Sable to her face, setting it with CHANEL Natural Finish Pressed Powder in Natural, and adding CHANEL Powder Blush in In Love to the cheeks for a healthy glow. I wanted to focus on popping the eyes with brown and taupe shades…I defined the eyes with the deep warm brown and taupe colors from the CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Prelude, and applied the shimmery gold/champagne shades as highlights on the lid.
From Tip to Toe: How to Get Kristen Stewart's 'Breaking Dawn' UK Premiere Beauty Look -- Straight from Her Make-Up Artist!

How to Get Kristen Stewart’s “Breaking Dawn” UK Premiere Beauty Look — Straight from Her Make-Up Artist!

All eyes were on Kristen Stewart at the London premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" on November 16th when the 21-year-old actress arrived on the white carpet at Westfield Stratford City in a gorgeous black sequin and bead-embellished gown by Roberto Cavalli. Taking a closer look, it became obvious that her make-up was just as glam as her dress! In no time at all, Kristen fans -- and beauty enthusiast alike -- began seeking out the colors and tips on how to achieve her dramatic metallic smokey eye. London based make-up artist Emma Kotch, the woman responsible for getting Kristen ready-carpet-ready, was kind enough to share the secrets behind Kristen's vampy look at the premiere with The Fashion Court! First things first -- to create a base Emma covered blemishes evenly using Laura Mercier's fantastic ‘Secret Camouflage’ concealer in “SC-2″ ($28) before applying Dior's 'Skinflash Radiance' booster pen ($37 ea.) in both "Roseglow 001" and "Candle Light 002". This amazing tool from Dior is a fully covering lightweight concealer that takes only one click and stroke to immediately diminish the dark shadows beneath the eyes.

Pumped Up Ponytails!

It's common knowledge that most of the everyday hair trends we use begin on the runway. Whether it's the look-like-you-have-dirty-hair-but-not-actually-be-dirty style; slick pin straight hair with a center pair, and the most recent craze over the "top knot" --  the models on the catwalk always inspire.

Last month during Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week we saw lots of interesting looks and some so-so styles, but Donna Karan took a common "old" favorite and made it "new" and "trendy" all over again.

The models walking in the Donna Karan Collection Spring/Summer 2012 runway presentation strut down the runway wearing tribal print fabric, dark lips, lots of attitude -- and swinging blunt-end ponytails fastened with long cuff bands to play off the exotic essence of the show!

Get Kristen Stewart’s Mulberry look!

Last month Kristen Stewart surprised London Fashion Week attendees when she arrived for the Mulberry spring/summer 2012 runway show and took a front-row seat next to supermodel Kate Moss. I think the real shocker wasn't the fact that she was there, but that she looked so different from how we're use to seeing her.

Not only was the 21-year-old actress, known for her role as Bella Swan in the "Twilight" franchise, wearing a girly bohemian-esque blue dress -- she was also sporting a long, straight, and full head of black hair! Kristen recently changed the color and was given the extension treatment for her role as Snow White in "Snow White and the Huntsman" which is currently shooting in London.

Long days of rehearsal and shooting can take a lot out of an actor, but make-up artist Emma Kotch helped Kristen get a bright eyed, fresh-faced look for the morning fashion show. I can't tell you how you can get Kristen's darn-near flawless skin, but if you're interested in getting some of her Fashion Week beauty tips - look no further!

Sophia Bush Rocks Khaki Nails at New York Fashion Week

If New York Fashion Week is going on, you can rest yourself assured that you'll see the beautiful "One Tree Hill" actress Sophia Bush in attendance. This lady is so passionate and dedicated to her love of fashion that she attended a few Spring/Summer 2012 runway shows shows then headed back to Wilmington, North Carolina -- where she continued work on the final season of OTH -- before flying back to New York to enjoy the fashion frenzy.

Her first stop upon her return was Rebecca Minkoff's show where Soph was spotted wearing three of my favorite things -- a bright red blazer, Dannijo jewelry, and khaki nail polish!

Khaki nail polishes are still so hot for your nails as we head into the fall season. Sophia stayed on trend wearing "San-Tan-tonio" by OPI, a brilliant tan shade that complimented Sophia's freshly sun-kissed skin and went with literally every single thing she wore for the rest of the week (see below). A polish that will work with any look is a must for every gal!
