MY VERDICT: Taylor brightened up her evening in Santa Monica last night when she attended the special screening for her new Netflix original comedy-drama series “Orange Is The New Black”. The 28-year-old actress, a dedicated fan of all things Calvin Klein, wore a sleeveless cream-color marbled mid-length dress from the Resort 2013 collection with a belted waist and double splits at the center of the bodice and skirt. MY VERDICT: We’ve gotten a lot of grey looks from Henry Cavill on the international press tour for “Man Of Steel”, but the Superman star added a colorful touch to his Ralph Lauren Purple Label suit at the premiere in Madrid, Spain. The 30-year-old English actor smoldered in the grey three-piece suit with a bright lilac dress shirt that was adorned by a contrasting deep plum textured tie. I love the close-up shot, and how the suit brings out his eyes while the vibrant purple tones simply allows him to shine. A perfectly coiffed brunette mane and shiny brown dress shoes provided the finishing touches.

MY VERDICT: I got a double dose of jumpsuit realness this week! After seeing Naya Rivera rock that sassy black one piece, Eva Longoria hit the red carpet for the premiere of the new Lifetime Original Series “Devious Maids” in California in something a little lighter. The petite brunette beauty wore a strapless Spring 2013 ivory silk georgette peplum jumpsuit by Pamella Roland with combo crinoline/grosgrain detail at the back. MY VERDICT: Mireille made a fiery entrance on the red carpet when she stepped out for the New York City premiere of “World War Z”, held at Duffy Square yesterday evening. The ginger-haired actress bared a little skin in a off-the-shoulder black three-quarter sleeve J. Mendel gown with metallic splashes of orange and red throughout. I love the edgy special effects of the design, and the way Mireille highlighted the shimmering tones with gold jewelry. MY VERDICT: Melonie had some sparkled in every step when she walked the red carpet for the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of her new movie “Fruitvale Station”. The 29-year-old actress was clad in a pretty pale pink Reem Acra strapless cocktail dress, from the Spring 2012 collection, with contoured panels. The knee-length design was sweet and simplistic, but it was Melonie’s embroidered, dark-yet-colorful, open toe platform pumps that jazzed the look up.

With her ombré shoulder length tresses curled to perfection, Melonie finished with shimmering nude nails and a pair of “Onda Croissant” earrings in white gold by MARINA B Jewelry. Simply lovely.

MY VERDICT: Octavia was a beauty in blue when she stepped out on the red carpet for the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of “Fruitvale Station”. After wow-ing at the Cannes Film Festival celebration last month, it was time to bring the Ryan Coogler-directed film to the states. The 43-year-old actress wore a vibrant Tadashi Shoji blue lace off-the-shoulder ¾-sleeve cocktail dress with blouson top and grosgrain ribbon belt. The delicate lace and smooth fitting knee-length silhouette was flattering of Octavia’s curves, while the stunning color complimented her rich complexion. Diamond jewels and a glittering matching pair of silver crystal d’Orsay sandals helped complete Octavia’s look, which she finished with a chic up-do and a glossy raspberry pout.

MY VERDICT: I love it when I see a well-made–and well worn–three piece suit. Henry Cavill gave me the best of both worlds when he stepped out for the premiere party and opening ceremony to celebrate his new movie “Man Of Steel” over the weekend during the 2013 Taormina Filmfest in Italy. The swoon-worthy English actor took a break from his usual go-to designer and opted for a nearly head-to-toe look from Ermenegildo Zegna. Henry was simply dashing in his dark grey two-button peak lapel three piece made-to-measure suit, which he partnered with a shiny white dress shirt and a luxe printed tie in shades of grey.

This look will no doubt increase fan interest in Henry playing the role of Christian Grey, am I right?
