More jumpsuits!

What did I tell you? Jumpsuits are making an impact on the red carpet and Jessica Chastain showed off her love for the one piece style by wearing this black silk sleeveless number from the resort 2012 collection by Louis Vuitton.

This style was shown in navy with a white trim for the presentation, but Jessica opted for all black including the large buttons at the bust and front patch pockets. Like Michelle Monaghan, Jessica could have benefited from a little hem at the foot even though this look is supposed to have an extra long hem. She’s even wearing a pair of super high Jimmy Choo “Zafira” sandals, but her feet are still hidden. I would have loved to have seen them peeking out a little bit.

Jessica’s jewelry was simple as all she needed a was a cool gold cuff. A little bit goes a long way.

This is officially the prettiest Miu Miu mini dress I have ever seen.

Felicity Jones arrived at the TIFF premiere of her movie “Like Crazy” in a azure blue silk pleated open-back dress enriched with a crystal embroidered waist.

The icy shade of the dress is so delicate and complimentary against her skin which I rarely seen with women who have such a fair complexion. I love the pleated skirt, but I adore the crystal embroidered waist that has a shatter effect as it spreads out beyond the belt. Stunning. Simply stunning.

Instead of playing it safe with classic nude pumps, Felicity picked matching perla satin slingback heels by Prada. They compliment but allow for your attention to be completely drawn to the dress.

I loved everything about this look, right down to the makeup and carefree, yet elegant, hair.

Mommy-to-be (for the third time!) Jennifer Garner was pretty in pale pink in Valentino last night at the premiere of her film “Butter” held during the Toronto International Film Festival.

While Jenn was obviously going for comfort, she didn’t sacrifice her style during this red carpet moment. The thin strapped organza dress featured a crossover sweetheart neckline and fell just at her knees. Stropping just midway through the dress was an elaborate sequin design that just sparkled off of the glare from the many cameras snapping her photo.

Jennifer’s makeup was dewy and pretty, without hopefully sounding cliche — she was glowing. She added some extra high in these comfortable satin slingback platforms by Casadei, one of her favorite shoe designers.

I wish I could find a better photo of Jennifer showing off her dress, but unfortunately she practically walked the entire way into the screening with her arms in this protective position across her belly.

Alicia Silverstone selected a Proenza Schouler dress from the resort 2011 collection to celebrate the premiere of her latest project “Butter” at the Toronto International Film Festival last night.

I’m a fan of the dress, but unfortunately not on Alicia. There was something off in every photo I saw, but I can’t figure out of it’s the tightness at the bust, the lack of jewelry to play off the vibe of the style, the shoes, or if she needed to wear a ponytail. I want to like it, I really do…but I can’t.

As camera phone images emerged at the party before Ashley Greene even made it to the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of her movie “Butter” last night that’s when my fashion eagle eye began its quest to see what she was wearing. My first instinct was Oscar de la Renta, but I unfortunately couldn’t get a good look as all of the images were from the waist up and I didn’t recognize it from any collection.

It wasn’t until I saw part of the lower portion of the dress that my suspicions was confirmed. Ashley wore a ivory chiffon sleeveless sequin dress from the resort 2012 collection that unfortunately didn’t make the presentation although there is a gown similar to the style that did.

I think this may possibly be one of my most favorite dresses I have ever seen on Ashley. She dazzled the entire night in this shimmery dress and gorgeous cascading curls courtesy of hair stylist Paul Norton. I think a pair of sexy silver sandals would have been a great pairing, but I love the Salvatore Ferragamo FW11 collection from which Ashley got her black clutch and pumps with the hounds-tooth print on the inner portion of the heel.

When I first saw this gorgeous long-sleeve white gown with the stunning gold embroidery at the neck and cuffs of this Marchesa gown when their resort 2012 collection was revealed, I knew Olivia Wilde would wear it. It was obviously a great guess on my part because she did and it was glorious.

Olivia looked beautiful in this goddess gown at the premiere of her film “Butter” held during the Toronto International Film Festival. I loved the way the sound draped off of her tall frame and her neck looked so elongated against the golden detail. She left her hair up and avoided statement earrings – smart move – to showcase all of the details of the dress which I appreciated. Hidden beneath her gown were pumps by Yves Saint Laurent.

I could go on and on about this gown, but I shall just stop now and let you gaze. Olivia’s earrings are by Anita Ko.

Ashley Greene began TIFF promo for her movie “Butter” today in Toronto while doing press conferences and then a portrait session with her cast.

Ashley wore a textured black resort 2012 Giambattista Valli sleeveless dress with a tweed overlay featuring a mixture of parchment and tangerine. This look actually called for black accessories which I was pleased to see Ashley choose to use. Ashley Greene arrived a day early at the Toronto International Film Festival where she’ll be showing her movie “Butter” to check out the screening of “Ten Year”. Ashley wore a beautiful blue strapless silk gown from Jean Paul Gaultier‘s resort 2012 collection that just popped against her skin.

It’s not often I see Ashley in blue which is a shame because it seems as though some of her best looks are when she goes for a burst of color.

Ashley isn’t petite, but even she needed a pair of sky high Casadei champagne satin peep toe sandals to give her a boost with the floor sweeping gown. It could have been shortened a little bit for her, but it was goddess-like nonetheless. Ashley went for more satin with a mauve weave clutch by Bottega Veneta.

I’m such a fan of Ashley’s hair here, I love long hair and Ashley’s color and waves are so shiny and stunning. Hopefully she’ll keep long hair for awhile considering the Twilight franchise has completed filming and she’ll no longer have to cut it to fit beneath the pixie wig she was required to wear.

I guess you can add Anna Kendrick to the growing number of fans for Rachel Zoe‘s fabulous resort 2012 collection.

Anna attended the TIFF press conference and portrait session for her movie “50/50″ wearing this sheer button-front shirt dress with a voluminous ruffled skirt. It was a cute choice for Anna but I think her long locks was a little bit too much for it. In the same way as a bun would have done it, this looked looked more appropriate for a business lunch. Perhaps a bouncy ponytail would have added some playfulness to it.

Anna wore non-distracting, but super high nude peep toe platform pumps by Prada.

I didn’t think it would happen. Nine times out of ten, when I absolutely love a gown I’ve seen on the runway or in a lookbook that’s as far as it goes. It never sees a red carpet, and sometimes not even an editorial.

But it happened this time when Jessica Chastain wore one of my most favorite resort 2012 dresses by Viktor & Rolf to the TIFF premiere of her film “Coriolanus”.

This look has most definitely gotten some mixed reviews all ready. While some love it, others thing it washed her out and wasn’t fit properly. I adore this dress for her, but I really wish a few modifications had been made.

For starters, the delicate fall of one of the straps against her arm as pictured on the model was needed. I also believe a softer lip and her hair loose would have been less harsh.

Jessica wore the amazing “Zafira” Swarovski embroidered black sandals by Jimmy Choo which matched fabulously with the belt.
