Jessica Lowndes rocked one of my favorite looks from the Teen Vogue 10th annual “Young Hollywood” party on Thursday night!

The soirée was sponsored by Emporio Armani.

The “90210″ actress donned a dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by McGinn, a label I was recently introduced to — and totally fell in love with, that has a cool abstract striped pattern in shades of blue, pale yellow and a touch of pink. The pleated A-line shape is broken up thanks to a mesh v-inset and thick black straps.

Jessica arrived at The London Hotel Hollywood in a cute little light blue ONE by Ani Lee “Gina” dress ($267, shopbop.com).

I’ve seen this dress on someone else before in black, but it was refreshing to see the sheer-yoke collared design in such a flirty color. I wish Jessica had provided a fun shoe to play off the pretty-preppy look — but she kept it neutral. | continue reading..

“90210″ star Shenae Grimes wore head-to-toe black when she attended the 2012 Entertainment Weekly Pre-Emmy Party Presented By L’Oreal Paris on Friday night.

The Canadian actress arrived at Fig & Olive Melrose Place wearing a Stylestalker “Young Love” skater dress, which featured a sheer lace long-sleeve bodice that displayed an exposed black bralette and a full A-line skirt.

I usually don’t like those looks where it shows off the bra on purpose, but this dress really suited Shenae and it didn’t look tacky. I also like that she didn’t load up on the accessories and her ombré brunette hair was styled nicely in cascading waves.

Shenae finished off with vintage Valentino pointed toe pumps with bow appliqués.

The 23-year-old actress hit the black carpet at Cecconi’s wearing a silver sheer layered chiffon sleeveless dress by Katharine Kidd, most recently seen on actress Shailene Woodley.

I prefer the dress on Jessica as I love the way she styled her hair; it didn’t obscure the design of the bodice. I also think her matching satin Sergio Rossi “Cachet” pumps were a much more complimenting footwear choice. | continue reading..

AnnaLynne McCord was all about glitz and volume last night when the “90210″ star attended the inspirational celebration of our everyday heroes at CNN’s annual Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event.

The 24-year-old actress was clad in a deep navy blue strapless cocktail dress by Alice + Olivia with an sequin and rhinestone embroidery on the bodice that flowed out into to layers upon layers of cascading ruffles.
