MY VERDICT: There was quite an elegance about what Eddie wore last night for the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards. The “Les Misèrables” star, who has been wearing a lot of three certain designer labels lately, stepped out in a black suit by ACNE—which just so happened to include a luxe single-button velvet tuxedo jacket with satin lapels, thank you very much. I just love that he loves velvet so much. Instead of going all in like he did at the Les Miz premiere a few weeks ago, Eddie limited the plush fabric to just the jacket this time around. He then finished off the look with flat front trousers, a white dress shirt, a skinny black satin tie and shiny black lace up shoes. That white folded pocket square was a nice touch.

There was something very funky with a 1980s flair about Rihanna’s outfit tonight when she switched on the Westfield Stratford City Christmas Lights at Westfield Stratford City in London.  The “Diamonds” singer is in town to promote her new album “Unapologetic” while on her 777 Tour!

Rihanna’s oversized ensemble wasn’t just menswear inspired—it was all from the men’s collection! She wore a white Raf Simons Fall 2012 collared shirt, a ACNE Spring 2013 grey and navy striped sleeveless tunic with matching trousers and layered it with a large blue blazer, also from the Raf Simons line.  | continue reading..

I’ve never seen someone look so comfortable on the red carpet as Rihanna did on Thursday night for the grand opening The 40/40 Club at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The 24-year-old “Birthday Cake” singer arrived rocking a gold and white printed silk button-down blouse and matching loose pants from the Resort 2013 collection by ACNE.

Seriously, these look like pajamas yet the pants are actually half of a suit from the collection.

The lovely on-screen (and off-screen) couple posed together in an outdoor New York City shoot wearing bold ensembles from the hottest Fall 2012 top designer collections.

Okay, maybe there weren’t any cars involved, but it was all about red this week!

Between Katy Perry’s head-to-toe premiere look and Blake Lively’s crimson suit — the scarlet shade was a pretty big detail.

On Tuesday afternoon — while sporting some new long black tresses — Rihanna was spotted leaving her hotel in London in a red tuxedo from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Acne, with bright pink arched satin lapels and a matching stripe that went down the sides of her trousers.

While the jacket was too slouchy and had sloppy cuffed sleeves, I can’t help but love this tux in general. It’s eye-catching, beautiful, on-trend, a LADY TUXEDO — hello? — and it belonged on the red carpet

She finished off her look with bold bangles and a pair of white Simone Rocha perspex heel brogues.

KATY PERRY covers up her black and purple hair with a short, bright white-blonde wig for an editorial lens by Francesco Carrozzini for the June 2012 issue of Vogue Italia. The fashionable spread comes in time to promote her new concert documentary movie “Katy Perry: Part Of Me”, which is due in theaters on July 5th.

The 27-year-old “Wide Awake” songstress stiffly posed like a mannequin in a seafoam-colored cubicle room wearing furturisic looks that take on a retro feel from some of the hottest Fall 2012 designer collections, such as Jil Sander, Oscar de la Renta, Dolce & Gabbana and Donna Karan.

The spiciest ladies in London reunited on Tuesday when Melanie Brown (aka Mel B.), Melanie Chisholm (aka Mel C.), Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Victoria Beckham held a press conference at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel for the new “Vivia Forever” musical, based on the music of their former group — the Spice Girls.

This is a musical I need to see! #GirlPower

Mel B. rocked a super sexy pair of metallic spiked pumps by Christian Louboutin that played well off of her grey snakeskin cocktail dress by Lanvin. Despite the fact that Mel is a very toned woman, I still think this dress may have been a bit too clingy in unwanted areas. For example, I can totally see her belly button. “Doctor Who” actress Karen Gillan made a surprise appearance at the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival yesterday in Cannes, France and had a portrait session.

The 24-year-old actress wore a long white crepe “Barika” dress from Acne with a pleated neckline, a tiered drop-waist bodice and a chiffon split panel skirt.

KRISTEN STEWART rocks a dazzling Ralph Lauren Collection dress on ELLE Magazine ‘s June 2012 cover — the U.S. Edition — which was photographed by Tim Munro.

While her name is featured in bold red text on the front cover, you can’t miss the italic “Inside the Secret Life of” printed above it. This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen a magazine offering a peek into the life “behind the camera” with the actress — but ELLE delivers.

Rest assured Holly Millea talked to the 22-year-old actress about her love of making movies — but you can best believe she also got into the nitty gritty of everything to how Kristen feels growing up in the public eye, her childhood memories, and yes, her boyfriend and “Twilight” costar Robert Pattinson.

As for the editorial spread — I was floored. Creative Director Joe Zee went above and beyond to create a beautiful, intense, and cool photo shoot by styling Kristen as both a man and a woman in a dim lit French hotel room.

I’ve always hoped that someone in fashion editorial would recognize that Kristen could effortlessly pull from her ‘tomboy’ and ‘feminine’ sides to rock both an androgynous and glamorous look — so much so, that I’ve had numerous conversations with friends about her doing a shoot similar to this very one.

After spending the afternoon at WonderCon 2012 to promote her upcoming films “Prometheus” and “Snow White and the Huntsman”, the 36-year-old beauty stepped out for The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Los Angeles Gala at the Ritz Carlton/JW Marriott where she received the Ally for Equality Award.
