MY VERDICT:  It was so good to see Shantel back out on the red carpet, although this time around she was the “lady in red” on the oceanic blue rug.  The former “One Tree Hill” star attended DIRECTV’s Super Saturday Night bash held during Super Bowl XLVII, which featured a special performance by Justin Timberlake.  Lucky duck.
