Anna Faris recently gave birth to her first baby, but you could hardly tell due to her slim figure in the delicate lace gown she wore last night at the “Zero Dark Thirty” Los Angeles premiere!

The 36-year-old actress was in attendance to support her husband Chris Pratt, who stars in the film alongside Jessica Chastain. Anna looked beautiful in a strapless Tadashi Shoji Spring/Summer 2013 nude lace gown with a scalloped neckline. | continue reading..

Just a day after announcing that she was expecting her first child with husband Chris Pratt, Anna Faris hit the red carpet at the Royal Festival Hall on Thursday night for the UK premiere of “The Dictator”.

The mama-to-be wore a siren red longsleeve v-neck gown by designer Maria Lucia Hohan that featured ruched detail high on the waist with a black crystal brooch and a wrapped skirt that included a thigh high slit.

Anna kept her bob haircut smooth with wispy bangs before completing her look with black accessories — a beaded flap clutch and pretty black satin and Swarovski “Yvesse” open toe pumps by Brian Atwood. | continue reading..

Anna Faris in Moschino | “What’s Your Number?” NY Screening

Anna Faris in Moschino | 'What's Your Number?' NY Screening

As previously worn by Lady Gaga, Moschino can add another fan to the list of this dress from their fall 2011 collection — Anna Faris!

Anna attended the Marie Claire hosted screening of her movie “What’s Your Number” last night in New York City wearing the LBD. I love it when what starts out to be a simple sheath dress, turns out to be anything but. Peplums are huge this year, but I’m in awe of how this partiulcar one is balanced so well with the slight boatcut neckline and blunt sleeveless style. The delicate bow at the waist adds the extra pop of femininity.

Anna didn’t go overboard at all with the accessories when she could have added a couple of bangles. The dress and shoes were the complete focal point, and my, oh my — those shoes! A pair of the the most fierce black ankle strap pumps by Christian Louboutin were the perfect match. | continue reading..

Emmy Awards Fashion: All That Glitters…

Emmy Awards Fashion: All That Glitters...
I was surprised to see that metallic gowns were not that popular tonight, but fortunately they weren’t ignored either.

Christina Hendricks was one of the girl actresses to hit the carpet. The “Mad Men” star showcased her curvacious body in a custom design by Australian designer Johanna Johnson shimmering gown that featured a long train and very high center slit.

I made an audible growl when I saw that “Modern Family” star Julie Bowen had her hair in a low ponytail. She was wearing a fabulous silver lamé deep v-neck maco bead embroidered gown by Oscar de la Renta that was just begging for some red carpet bouncing luxurious curls. When you’re in such a sleek gown, don’t be afraid to add some volume to that hair! I wish I could have frozen time and ran to Los Angeles, pulled her hair loose and then ran back home to my computer to re-write this.

Anna Faris knows what’s up, she wore a deco metallic strapless gown from Reem Acra‘s spring 2011 ready-to-wear collection and left her goldie locks free flowing. I loved that she wore this dress, once the fall collections and then the resort looks come out, it’s very rare I get to see a spring dress from the current year this late in the game. Anna left out the belt that was paired with the dress for the presentation but I believe that was a wise choice.

Rachael Taylor, one of the stars from ABC’s “Charlie’s Angels” was another favorite of mine last night. I’m not a huge fan of pink but I thought she looked beautiful in this pale pink metallic placket strapless column Giorgio Armani dress. The Australian actress kept accessories simple but I really love her new sleek bob hair cut, it made her look seem somewhat effortlessly glam. | continue reading..
