On Wednesday night GenArt honored alumni, fashion label Vena Cava with a special poolside summer party at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California where some of Hollywood’s hottest stars dressed in their VC best.

Phoebe Tonkin, formerly of the CW’s “The Secret Circle” and can next be seen on the upcoming season of “The Vampire Diaries”, looked fabulous in a black asymmetric button-down blouse that she paired with a white mini skirt that was splashed in psychedelic watercolor prints of blue and purple.

The always beautiful Sophia Bush stayed comfortable in a printed button-down, short sleeve dress that she partnered with a gorgeous statement necklace and a pair of mustard yellow suede platform lace-up ankle boots. The “My Week With Marilyn” star accepted the award for Best Female Lead wearing a double-breasted navy blazer and matching shorts from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Louis Vuitton.

Busy Phillips attended the 2012 People’s Choice Awards last night at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live rocking an electric blue figure-flaunting calf-length dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Carven.

This was a really, really great dress. In fact, it was a fabulous dress… and it was worn with the wrong shoes.

Out of all the multicolor platform sandals, metallic strappy heels and sleek styles — Busy selected jewel top embellished black chunky double platform pumps? I mean, I like her Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, just not with this.

I would have been totally let down had it not been for her fun sleek ponytail and beautiful diamond trim onyx earrings.
