Christina Ricci stepped out on the red carpet this past Sunday for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards where she donned a custom Christian Siriano embellished mini dress.

The shimmery black gathered micro design featured a plunging sweetheart neckline, but was totally embroidered with a collection of gemstones and fun watch faces to look like mini clocks.
