“On The Road” actress Amy Adams arrived at The Stage at Lincoln Center in New York City last night to attend the 9th Annual Style Awards, which was held in honor of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week that officially kicked off yesterday.

Amy shimmered in a aubergine sleeveless sequin paillette cocktail dress with a flounce skirt from the Spring/Summer 2012 haute-couture collection by Giambattista Valli. This dress was originally presented in black on the catwalk with a sweet bow at the waist. Amy ditched that accessory in favor of a grosgrain ribbon belt. | continue reading..

It’s been a little while since the “Twilight” cast wrapped their global promotional tour for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ — but it’s never too late to talk about their promo style. One of its stars, Ashley Greene, was one busiest bees during the press tour. I bet she wished for the vampire speed and the ability to stay energized as she jet-setted all over the world..

While promoting in Paris during late October, Ashley was spotted wearing a sleeveless version of this graphic tweed dress from the Resort 2012 collection by Giambattista Valli. It would have been great to see a full body shot of her in this to get a look at the fit; this was probably a great dress for her because I like what I see so far. The ladies of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ are taking over the newsstand! While Kristen Stewart is commanding not one, but two Glamour covers and British GQ, her co-star ASHLEY GREENE scored a few of her own – including this amazing BlackBook Magazineeditorial for the November “Drama” issue!

In the issue Ashley talks about her latest film projects, including the highly anticipated first installment of “Breaking Dawn”. She also joked about the lack of privacy she has in her personal life – most importantly, her romantic life.
