The red carpet at the Staples Center in Los Angeles was alive with stars and music as fans lined up to see their favorite celebs arrive for the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. Before the main ceremony got underway inside, Demi Lovato performed her hit single “Give Your Heart A Break” during the pre-show wearing head-to-toe Topshop!

The 20-year-old singer broke out a VMA staple — sparkles — when she selected the black “Sequin Strappy Prom Dress” and layered it under a song-appropriate “Heartbreaker” leather biker jacket with a studded broke heart detail large at the back and extra stud embellishments at the lapel. | continue reading..

Tomorrow is the big night when all of your favorite stars from the music world take home their moonman  trophy for having some of the best music videos of the entire year at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards! This year they will be held at the Staples Center in Hollywood, and you can expect some major heavy-hitters to be in attendance like Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and wait… Robert Pattinson?

Oh yeah, there will definitely be some “Twilight” festivities happening.

Considering the ceremony is less than 24-hours away, I feel like it was my fashionable duty to prepare for the red carpet by sharing some of my wish-listed style choices for the VMA attendees. Although they might not wear any of it, it’s still fun. Remember, they’re not really predictions — it’s The Fashion Court: WISH LIST . But, if someone does wear what I listed…it was totally due to my ability to see the future. That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.

Kevin McHale of the hit FOX musical-drama series “Glee” co-hosted the 2012 Teen Choice Awards with Demi Lovato on last night. The star-studded event was held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Hollywood, California; home to many of our favorite annual award shows and major events.

I’ve always been such a fan of Kevin’s style — since I first met him several years ago during his boy band days that were so fondly remembered during the opening segment of the awards ceremony.

He has a knack for pushing the envelope when it comes to men’s fashion on the red carpet and I like looking forward to his not-so-standard suit and bold accessories. It was the very reason he made the Top 3 of my Best Dressed Men list last year. | continue reading..

With the awards less than 24 hours away, there’s a good chance our fave gals already know what they’ll be walking the TCA carpet in. After a performance on Friday’s “Good Morning America”, it was back to work on “The X Factor” for Demi Lovato when she joined L.A. Reid and Britney Spears today for Season 2 auditions in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The 19-year-old “Give Your Heart A Break” singer stayed trendy by wearing a Topshop neon coral, short sleeve lace “Flippy” dress.

Despite the one hundred and five degree summer heat, it must have been cool inside the Greensboro Coliseum — because Demi wore a leather jacket! Demi Lovato kicked off the weekend with a early performance on ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Friday, which was held in Central Park in New York City for their annual “Summer Concert Series”.

The 19-year-old singer was in happy spirits as she connected with fans on stage wearing one edgy outfit that had to be a bit unbearable due to the summer heat and lights on stage.

The “Heartbreak” singer rocked a long sleeve black bodycon dress that was printed down the sleeves and sides with neon blue, aqua and pink large pansy prints. The 30-year-old pop singer showed off her toned gams in a pale gold spakling sequin, long sleeve dress by Lorena Sarbu.

I liked her curly hair, but I miss when she used to have swept bangs and wish she would go back to that.
