Chloe Moretz in Fendi | 2013 Billboard Music Awards

WHO: Chloe Moretz
WHERE & WHEN: 2013 Billboard Music Awards on May 19, 2013.
WEARING: Fendi

MY VERDICT: I tend to look forward to seeing what Chloe wears because she always seems to have so much fun with her look. As a presenter for the Billboard Music Awards the focus wasn’t on the “Carrie” star, and therefore she got to choose her dress without too much pressure. The end result? A playful Fendi patchwork dress from the Spring 2013 collection.

First things first, I love that she shortened the dress to accommodate her petite figure—I also loved the addition of a wide black leather belt as it added some edge. I prefer the bottom design of the skirt to the top because of the cool shutter stripe pattern and muted colors, but overall I like it so much more on Chloe than I did on the runway.

As for her hair and makeup? Both were good–I wish she had done more with her hair.

Chloe completed her look with adorable black and white beaded Fendi sandals and a awesome dark green nail color.

Lea Michele in Valentino | 2013 SAG Awards

WHO: Lea Michele
WHERE & WHEN: 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 27, 2013.
WEARING: Valentino dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Jennifer Meyer jewelry & a Fendi clutch.

MY VERDICT: I want to like this on Lea, but the bottom half of this dress looks like a bed skirt. I mean, am I wrong?  Not only is this not my favorite silhouette, but I think Lea is way too tiny for it;  this Valentino Resort 2013 strapless hot pink gown needed a taller figure because it overwhelms the “Glee” actress.  That being said, I thought her matching Jennifer Meyer pink sapphire jewelry was really pretty;  they went perfectly with the color and style of her gown.

I still prefer Lea’s beaded white gown and wavy locks from earlier this month, so that’s going to be hard to beat. She completed her look with subtle makeup, sleek tresses with a little blonde ombré at the bottom, and Jimmy Choo “Lilac” pointed toe pumps.  | continue reading..

Sarah Jessica Parker in Vintage | HBO’s In Vogue: The Editor’s Eye Screening

Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out last night in a mismatched outfit for HBO’s In Vogue: The Editor’s Eye screening, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Seriously, nothing matched nor did it compliment each other.

First things first, I liked the vintage dark rust-orange floral dress she wore.  The long hemline and length of the short sleeves flattered both her legs and arms.  In fact, this might be one of the most figure complimenting dresses that she has ever worn. I agree with her shoe choice; she needed a pointed toe stiletto.  | continue reading..

Lea Michele in Valentino | HFPA & InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 Party

Lea Michele attended the annual HFPA & InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 soirée last night in Hollywood wearing a dress that aged her tremendously.  The “Glee” star stepped out in a nude silk crossover maxi dress from the Spring 2013 collection by Valentino, and I’m sorry, while the dress is classic and lovely—it doesn’t nothing but add years to the young actress.

It’s not that I want her to wear a super short dress, but there are ways to dress sophisticated and still look look your age. | continue reading..

Jessica Biel in Michael Kors | “Hitchcock” Beverly Hills Premiere After Party

Jessica Biel’s look on the red carpet for the Beverly Hills premiere of “Hitchcock” may have done absolutely nothing for me, but her dress for the after party certainly perked things back up.  I guess you can only stay comfortable in a maxi dress with a giant ruffle trimmed open back for so long before you crave a t-shirt, or in this case, a tee-styled mini dress.

The 30-year-old actress hit up the after party for her movie where she had slipped into a Michael Kors optic white silk wool shantung box pleat shift dress, which comes from the designer’s latest Spring/Summer 2013 collection—although, it wasn’t seen on the runway. | continue reading..

Jessica Biel in Gucci | “Hitchcock” Beverly Hills Premiere

Is Jessica Biel for real?

Since she married Justin Timberlake last month—she’s been kind of messing up the natural flow of things. He finally achieved bringing ‘sexy back’, and she just keeps sending it back away!

After failing to captivate in a silver embroidered tunic and trousers earlier this week for the New York screening of “Hitchcock”, the 30-year-old actress was given another opportunity to ‘wow’ us when she hit the red carpet last night for the premiere in Beverly Hills, held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

I wasn’t too big of a fan of this Gucci ruffled floor-length halterneck black silk gown when it was presented on the catwalk with the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, but I’m even less thrilled with it on Jess.  | continue reading..

Jessica Biel in Gucci | Variety’s 4th Annual Power Of Women Event

Jessica Biel rocked some ruffles when she stepped out for Variety’s 4th annual Power of Women event on Friday afternoon in Beverly Hills, where she was honored for her charitable work at the Lifetime presented gala.

The 30-year-old actress kind of surprised me by not showing up in white, which the bride-to-be has been opting for a lot of lately. Jessica wore shades of black, blue and green that started with her black floral printed silk georgette long-sleeve wrapped cocktail dress with ruffle trim from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Gucci.

Yes, this is the same dress that Kristen Stewart wore for the October cover of British Vogue. | continue reading..

Scarlett Johansson in Emilio Pucci | Moet Chandon 250 Anniversary Celebration

Scarlett Johansson wore a stunning shade of green for the Moet Chandon 250 Anniversary celebration, which was held on Thursday evening in Moscow, Russia.

After opting for a black and white monochrome low-key Parisian chic outfit earlier in the week, the 27-year-old actress upped her sexy appeal in this sleeveless cocktail dress from the Resort 2013 collection by Emilio Pucci.

Without the sheer yoke, the dress would have been just a typical sweetheart strapless bustier peplum frock, but I like the added element. It makes the dress much more unique in the face of a trendy design and I dig that.

I don’t think I missed the belt that she left out of the way, did you?

She finished off her look with slightly curled tresses, a pretty soft make-up palette and Fendi black stiletto combo pumps.

Like it? Love it? Want some more of it?

Jessica Biel supported her fiancé Justin Timberlake at the premiere of his new movie “Trouble with the Curve” on Wednesday night, which was held at the Mann’s Village Theatre in Hollywood.

Though she skipped the red carpet, the 30-year-old actress was spotted at the after party wearing a cute little black lace short sleeve Dolce & Gabbana dress with light pink satin lining. | continue reading..
