MY VERDICT: Despite wearing a very bold lipstick red gown by Diane von Furstenberg, it was actually Teresa’s darkened eyebrows that I noticed first. I mean, how can you not? That being said, the “Warm Bodies” actress looked gorgeous in the sexy plunging neck gown that was custom made for her.

The eyebrows take some getting use to–unlike her hair, which looked amazing. Teresa left her long golden blonde tresses out in power waves while having the side braided in. I think she had one of the best hairstyles of the night, and I desperately want to recreate this one myself. | continue reading..

MY VERDICT: It’s too bad that Jennifer isn’t promoting a movie nomination this season, because she’s had better red carpet moments in the past few weeks than she has the past few years.  Mrs. Affleck shined at the BAFTAs wearing a well-structured Roland Mouret “Alava” grey and black color-block gown.  This dress was originally seen shorten with a green skirt on the Spring 2013 runway, but I think the split peplum is better complimented by the floor-length hemline.  With her hair swept back, Jen was able to show off her long diamond Forevermark earrings that matched her bracelets.

One of my favorite parts of the look was actually her nail polish choice–I’m obsessed with that steel blue-grey color.

Busy Philipps proudly displayed her growing belly in a custom made Gabriela Cadena navy blue long sleeve silk dress.  The “Cougar Town” actress, who recently announced her second pregnancy added some boldness to her look with a colorful one-of-a-kind Irene Neuwirth statement necklace and a matching embellished clutch by Judith Leiber.  A scarlet red lip, gathered mane and Brian Atwood “Stearling” shoes were the finishing touches.

Alexis Bledel like Jessica Pare, the 31-year-old actress also opted to wear a brilliant shade of emerald green at the SAGs this year. I love the color and pleated detailing of her structured Rena Lange dress, and the way her beautiful vintage House of Lavende colorful crystal necklace sat amongst the deep v-neckline. Alicia Silverstone joined her costars from “Butter” on Thursday night when they celebrated the premiere of their new movie at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City.

The 35-year-old actress arrived wearing a champagne-colored tank dress from Moschino with a petal layered effect throughout and a big black satin bow at the waist.

Now, don’t get me wrong, the dress is really cute. I think it would suit Ariel Winter, Sarah Hyland and Selena Gomez just fine, but I don’t find it flattering on Alicia. Not even a little bit. | continue reading..

Ashley Greene arrived at the AMC Lincoln Theatre last night in New York City to celebrate the release of her new movie “Butter” with a premiere hosted by DKNY, Forevermark jewelry and RentTheRunway.com.

The 25-year-old actress let her brunette long tresses cascade down her shoulders in glorious curls as she was wrapped up into a elegant nectar washed silk dress by Donna Karan.  As the face of the DKNY brand, Ashley had dibs on the beautiful knee-length wrap dress, which recently debuted to the public at New York Fashion Week earlier this month.

Though it seemed to be much more of a fitted dress on Ashley than the catwalk model, I love the alteration made with the thicker belt and snug fit on her. | continue reading..

All eyes were on Anna Kendrick when she hit the red carpet on Saturday night for the Toronto Film Festival premiere of her new cop drama “End of Watch”, where she stars opposite Jake Gyllenhaal.

The 26-year-old actress was all dress in her Elie Saab black long-sleeved gown with net lace detailing. This dramatically beautiful design comes from the Lebanese designer’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

This dress is absolutely stunning, there’s no doubt, but it seemed a bit overwhelming on Anna’s tiny figure. | continue reading..

Tara Macken showed off her toned figure in a black gown this past Monday night for the Hollywood premiere of “The Hunger Games”. She got to exercise both her acting chops and show off her professional stunt woman skills as a Tribute from Distrct 4 in the movie.

The Borneo-raised actress wore silk crepe bias cut gown with beautiful beaded Chantilly lace insets and a fishtail hem by designer Kevan Hall.

With her long dark hair in a loose up-do, Tara was able to show off a radiant pair of diamond drop earrings by Forevermark. She also wore diamond bangles and a marquis ring from the luxury diamond brand.

Tara finished off her look with a silver metallic leather “Essex” clutch by Lauren Merkin.

Michelle Williams looked lovely when she stepped out on the red carpet at Roppongi Hills for the premiere of her Oscar-nominated film “My Week with Marilyn” last night in Tokyo.

The 31-year-old actress wore a v-neck creamy gown, with all over pin-tuck gathering, by Alexander McQueen which somewhat reminds me of a long version of the iconic dress worn by Marliyn Monroe. You all know which one I’m talking about.

With a brushed pixie cut and bold red lips, Michelle finished off her look with a pair of Valentino heels and a delicate diamond necklace by Forevermark.

Amandla Stenberg arrived on the black and gold carpet last night for the Hollywood premiere of her new movie “The Hunger Games” at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.

The 13-year-old star looked so pretty in her sequined minty green ombré cocktail dress by Collette Dinnigan.

Never have I seen a dress designed for a woman that was so perfect for a such young girl. It was fun, colorful, and really captured the style of the fictional world in which this movie is set. | continue reading..

Zoe Saldana rocked a new gown from the Fall 2012 collection by Marios Schwab when she attended the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party this past Sunday night.

The 33-year-old actress stepped out at Sunset Tower wearing this mixed texture; a sheer short sleeve black gown with a satin strapless overlay that splits widely at the empire waist to show layers of the silky fabric.

Sheerness from the knees down allowed for you to check out Zoe’s open toe black pumps from Giuseppe Zanotti.

My favorite part of the dress are the crystal embellishments on the skirt and at the collar.

Zoe completed her look with a loosely waved mane, dark red glossy lips, and jewels from Forevermark.
