Allyson Felix stepped out on the red carpet looking ultra-glamorous in a beautiful strapless black mermaid gown by Vera Wang, from the designer’s Spring 2012 Bridal Collection, when she attended the 22nd annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

She flaunted her toned figure in this corseted gown with a pleated layered whimsical skirt. You may be familiar with the design as Sofia Vergara wore it in teal at the Golden Globe Awards this year, but I think I prefer the drama of this darker design. | continue reading..

Selena Gomez has been growing up right before our eyes; from red carpet skinny jeans to midriff tops and mini skirts, animal prints and thigh high splits. Last night we saw a new mature side to the 20-year-old actress when she stepped out at Carnegie Hall in New York City for the 22nd annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Glamour’s December cover girl, who was honored during the ceremony, looked beautiful in a white knee-length peplum cocktail dress by Giambattista Valli with a lace-embroidered plunging v-neck that was layered with a sleeveless sheer illusion. | continue reading..

Cover Girl: Mila Kunis in the Summer's Hottest Denim for Glamour's August Issue!Photographed by: Alexei Hay for Glamour; Fashion Editor: Anne Christensen
MILA KUNIS covers another magazine for the month of August and after going full-on glam for one summer issue it’s nice to see her take more a casual approach for the latest from Glamour.

Alexei Hay photographed the “Ted” actress sitting on a brick rooftop wearing a “Texas tuxedo” (denim on denim) with a little bohemian flair courtesy of her embellished wide brim hat. Anne Christensen styled Mila in a Club Monaco denim shirt with a pair of skinny Current/Elliott jeans — and that hat I know you’re totally oogling is by Rag & Bone. She accessorized with a Minor Obsessions star necklace, which was layered with a key pendant necklace by Elisa Solomon Jewelry. With a Cartier bracelet and a thick Michael Kors ring, this cover look was complete.

In the issue, Mila chatted with Logan Hill about everything from online dating to loving her new/old body!

On her affinity for online dating: “One of my really good friends met her fiance on an OkCupid-style website. OkCupid’s really popular–all my girlfriends have joined. I love those sites. I go on and I pick the guys for my friends. I think it’s great.”

On being romantically linked to celebs in the tabloids: “Ninety-nine percent of it is bulls–t. That is the biggest form of bullying ever, the paparazzi. Printing lies, making accusations, it’s just bullying.”  | continue reading..

Lily Collins hit the red carpet in dark green last night when she attended the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, where she was honored with the “Breakthrough of the Year” award.

The 23-year-old “Mirror Mirror” actress looked beautiful in her strapless jacquard, a-line cocktail dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Alexander McQueen. A similar dress was presented in that collection, but it was much more heavily textured and embroidered.

I loved her side-swept cascading curls and ruby red lips, which stood out against her super fair complexion.

Unfortunately, I was totally let down by her shoes. I like a good classic black pump, but this dress called for a much more original style to compliment the feminine flair of the color and cut.

Lily finished off her look with jewelry from Bulgari.

Kelly Rowland looked better than ever last night when she attended the annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards held in London, England and hosted by the British edition of Glamour Magazine.

The 31-year-old singer flaunted her toned shoulders in a satin black, halterneck gown by designer Maria Grachvogel with a large floral print on that back that flowed down into the extra-long train.

What a gorgeous dress on a beautiful gal, right?

Kelly flawlessly finished off her look with silver, angel wing hoop earrings, glamorous smokey eyes, super straight tresses and a bronze glossy pout.

“Glee” star Lea Michele wore a midnight blue gown last night for the annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London, England, where she took home the award for “Favorite U.S. TV Actress”.

The 25-year-old actress was donned in a draped, off-the-shoulder, corseted Zac Posen gown with a long train.

I like the color and the design for her, but I wish both straps matched each other. The one strap up on the shoulder and the other hanging off doesn’t really look right on Lea.

Lea finished off her look with complimenting make-up, a pair of metallic satin, pointed toe pumps and gorgeous sapphire and green diamond oversize earrings, which stood out due to her sleek ponytail.

Jessica Alba opted for an Alexander McQueen gown last night for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards hosted by Glamour UK Magazine in London, England at Berkeley Square Gardens.

The 31-year-old actress wore a silk-chiffon black peplum gown from the Spring 2012 mainline collection, with lace elements at the bodice and ruffle detailing at the straps and bust.

While it seemed a bit overwhelming on Jessica’s body, it was such a gorgeous gown that I don’t see how she could have passed up wearing it. I wonder why she didn’t leave the extra set of straps hanging off her arms…

With a ivory McQueen minaudière and dark red lacquered nails, Jessica finished off her look with a glossy berry-colored pout and a sleek up ‘do. I kind of wish she left her hair out.

Naomi Watts joined designer Donatella Versace on the red carpet last night for the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London, England. She was in attendance to present an award.

The 43-year-old Australian actress wore a floor-length column Versace maxi dress with black embellished straps, cutout detail and a beaded overlay that popped off the beige color of the dress.

I really like the dress on her, though I wish she had done something more with her hair then leaving in an unkempt ponytail. This could have been quite the beautiful look for Naomi if she had a great hairstyle to compliment it.
