MY VERDICT: Sophia stepped out on the red carpet and posed in front of a illustration of book shelves wearing a fun little mixture of styles that included a partially unbuttoned herringbone silk sleeveless blue blouse by Harlyn, which she partnered with a full black Karolyn Pho circle skirt, from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection.  I like that the open neck of the top showed off her statement necklace, and although I adore her skirt, a part of me wishes she had worn a pencil cut for this particular look. | continue reading..

Before hitting the red carpet on Saturday for the 2012 White House Correspondents’ dinner, “Scandal” actress Kerry Washington hit up the pre-parties around Washington, D.C.

The 35-year-old actress was spotted at the Google & Hollywood Reporter celebration where she rocked a chic iris and black silk viscose crepe long sleeve tunic dress with a contrast hem detail from the Spring 2012 collection by J. Mendel.
