MY VERDICT: I’m not really sure if Leslie Mann was trying to go for an unconventional and kind of “quirky” look at the CCMAs last night, but I do know that I was severely surprised by what she wore.  It wasn’t so much her bubblegum pink combo cocktail dress by Honor that shocked me, although that was a fun and unique choice.   It was the fact that Leslie paired her candy coated dress with matching accessories—truly matching.  She didn’t hold back on the pink at all! | continue reading..

It was a big night for Kristin Chenoweth when she took over co-hosting duties with Trace Adkins for the American Country Awards 2011 on Monday night at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The petite blonde songbird hit the red carpet in a satin emerald green gown by Honor that featured a jaw-dropping bustier neckline that more than “showed off ‘the girls’” and a “up-to-there” thigh slit. I’m normally a fan of Kristin’s red carpet looks, but that many revealing details going on was just too tacky for me.

To match the black gathering bands at the wide straps at the shoulder, Kristen wore a pair of black leather peep toe “Surf” sandals by Jimmy Choo. Now those I liked. Kirsten hit the carpet looking as lovely as ever in a beautiful brown silk organza cupcake dress with a paisley print. Kirsten is already two steps ahead of the game as the dress comes from the recently debuted spring 2012 ready-to-wear collection by Honor.

I love the fit, the vintage style, the femininity of it, and the sheer top showing off the bustier underneath. It’s sexy without being overtly so, plus the hugging at her waist creates a defined silhouette.
