Christa B. Allen was one of the best dressed ladies at the HFPA & InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 celebration this week!

The “Revenge” actress looked ultra fabulous in a head-to-toe dark red. She wore a floor-length sleeveless dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Emilio de la Morena, which featured a shiny bodice and smooth silk skirt. Personally, I like the dress on Christa better than I did on the runway.  That’s always a good thing.

Although Christa complimented the vampy color with a glossy pout, she broke things up a bit with a shiny gold box clutch and matching jewelry.  She completed her look with shiny chestnut cascading curls.

Lea Michele attended the annual HFPA & InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 soirée last night in Hollywood wearing a dress that aged her tremendously.  The “Glee” star stepped out in a nude silk crossover maxi dress from the Spring 2013 collection by Valentino, and I’m sorry, while the dress is classic and lovely—it doesn’t nothing but add years to the young actress.

Ashley Madkwe looked sophisticated and stylish when she stepped out for the Miss Golden Globe party hosted by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle Magazine last night in Hollywood.

The “Revenge” star wore a chic long sleeve brown and garnet floral silk dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Burberry Prorsum, thankfully without the milk-chocolate brown belt and bow elements at the shoulders. They work on the runway, but I figure they might have been a tad too much on Ashley.

She added a dose of berry to her lips before finishing off the look with a satin matching clutch and pewter metallic pumps, both by Giuseppe Zanotti. Additionally, Ashley accessorized with a Gilan ring, Sorilina earrings, and cascading shiny curls.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead hit up the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s and In Style celebration of the 2013 Golden Globes Awards Season in Hollywood last night where she added a pop of rich color to an otherwise neutral ensemble.  The brunette beauty wore a asymmetric chocolate brown and ivory silk colorblock dress by Louis Vuitton, from the Resort 2013 collection, which featured button detail down the side of the skirt–as well as the wrist of the single sleeve.

While I appreciate the added dose of color, I can’t say that Mary Elizabeth’s dark burgundy, suede and leather “Ronan” peep toe strappy booties by Max Azria were the best match.  Although, on their own, I think they’re pretty badass. | continue reading..

Isabelle Fuhrman joined all her fellow Hollywood PYTs at Cecconi’s last night where she celebrated the upcoming awards season with HFPA and InStyle’s annual Miss Golden Globe party!   The “Hunger Games” starlet looked trendy and fabulous in my favorite printed blouse, jacket and matching shorts by Prabal Gurung.

Michelangelo Di Battista lens the editorial in which the South African beauty dons several sexy looks from swimwear to plunging sequin paillette dresses.

In the issue, Charlize opens up about her most challenging role yet — being a mom to her infant son Jackson — whom she adopted in March. “Motherhood was something I always knew I wanted to experience,” she told the magazine.

“One Tree Hill” star Bethany Joy Galeotti came out to celebrate “An Evening of Beauty & Brilliance” hosted by Forevermark & InStyle last Tuesday with her co-stars Shantel VanSanten and Sophia Bush as they honored nominee Michelle Williams during Golden Globes Week.

It’s so nice to see Joy out and about at Hollywood events; now that OTH has completed filming on their final season she can attend award season events out in Los Angeles. Filming in North Carolina made it difficult the past several years.
