Laura Bell Bundy, the former Broadway baby-turned-country lady, opted for a sexy glittering silver gown last night for her trip down the 2012 Academy Of Country Music Awards red carpet.

With her platinum blonde curls gathered to one side, Laura Bell showed off her glittering “EARS” gown from the “Breeze Me” collection by Jean Fares Couture.

This asymmetric design features a open back with a halterneck style that flows out into a single open short sleeve. In addition to the detail on the sleeve, as the dress travels down the embellishing separates into a sparkling scaled effect.

This design was originally shown in a silver and cranberry ombré mix, but I prefer the solid metallic shade on Laura Bell.

Angie Harmon was in attendance last night to help raise money for children’s rights with UNICEF during its annual Snowflake Ball held at Cipriani 42nd Street in NYC.

The actress practically glided down the blue carpet in a beaded silver and gold ombré haute couture halter gown featuring a plunging neckline and low open back from the “Feel the Water” collection by Jean Fares Couture.

I love the way this dress forms to her body; it’s like it was custom made just for her. This was by far my favorite look of the night. There was holiday glitz and red carpet glamour all rolled into one! | continue reading..

1 Night, 10 Looks: All of Carrie Underwood’s CMA Awards Fashion Moments

Carrie Underwood in Georges Chakra | 45th Annual CMA AwardsPhotos: Zimbio; Georges Chakra

Carrie Underwood arrived at the 45th Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday night in Nashville, Tennessee looking gorgeous in a Reem Acra gold gown. It was stunning and it fit her fabulously…but she didn’t have it on long.

The minute she stepped off the red carpet and entered the Bridgestone Arena to prepare for her hosting duties, Carrie was already stepping into a whole other look. It was the first of ten that she would wear for the duration of the show.

For one of her first looks, Carrie wore a Georges Chakra asymmetric metallic embellished coral dress featuring a dragging chiffon train on the side. This was an interesting piece on the model featured during the Spring/Summer 2011 Haute Couture presentations, but it looked way too big on Carrie. The whole design of the dress was kind of lost on her, it appeared to be two sizes bigger than what she should be wearing.

During a segment involving…dolls, Carrie wore a layered asymmetric white embellished cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2009 Haute Couture collection by Cengiz Abazoğlu. It sort of looked like she was wrapped in a very expensive napkin. Oddly, I like it. On her feet were a ridiculously cool pair of white, black, and silver “Glamourous” sandals by Ryan Haber. | continue reading..
