The red carpet rolls out tonight for the annual People’s Choice Awards where your favorite stars take home awards voted on by you! While I may not get a vote in how everyone is dressed, that doesn’t mean I don’t have an opinion on what I’d like to see—in comes my annual The Fashion Court: Wish List.  I’ve selected three different looks for ten ladies who are scheduled to attend tonight’s ceremony.  None of them are predictions, but some of my picks have come true in the past so you never know.

The “Part Of Me” singer arrived at the Chateau Marmont hotel for the daytime fashion show and cocktail party wearing a full look by Wes Gordon. Katy turned to the designer’s Spring 2013 collection for her navy midi length cocktail dress with a grey and aqua bold swan print that covered most of the thin shoulder strap design. Katy Perry spent her weekend putting on a few performances, which included an appearance at the 2012 Hammer Gala, held at the Hammer Museum in Westwood, California on Saturday night.

The “Firework” singer looked radiant as she took the stage wearing a stunning Elie Saab silver sequin-embroidered boatneck long-sleeve gown, with a gold buckled cream belt. The electrifying design comes from Saab’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

I wish there were full length photos to get a extensive look at her full outfit, but I don’t think I need much else to convince me that she looked great that night. Surprisingly enough, I kind of hope she wore nude heels — but they were probably metallic.

When she gives us quirky and fun, it’s done it so well…but when Katy opts for full-on glam, she hits the highest note.

Katy topped her look off with cascading jet-black curls, smoky eyes, gold jewelry and metallic splatter nail art.

The 27-year-old popstar arrived in Tokyo, Japan last week to celebrate the premiere at Roppongi Hills wearing a cool silk ombré organza strapless cocktail dress by Randi Rahm in a swirl of blue, purple, gold and green tones.
