MY VERDICT:
Kelsey was giving us a little “Jolie leg” on the white carpet at Elton John’s annual Academy Awards viewing party in this Tony Ward Couture gown thanks to a seriously high slit at the thigh.  The “Pair of Kings” actress selected the beautiful sage green gown with draped silk mousseline from the Spring 2012 collection by the designer, which featured angelic embroidery of pearls and petals at the embroidery that cascaded down the skirt to outline the opening.

With such a pretty gown to wear on Oscar night, I would have liked to have seen Kelsey do a little more with her hair than the standard Hollywood waves.   Soft makeup and strappy embellished silver sandals completed her look.

Kelsey Chow glittered her way down the red carpet when she joined in on the fun at the 10th annual Young Hollywood party that Teen Vogue threw on Thursday night in Beverly Hills, California.

The “Part of Kings” actress wore one of my favorite dresses of the night when she selected the sequin embellished cocktail number from the Fall/Winter 2012 Emporio Armani collection, who also sponsored the event.

It was pretty, flirty and just an all-around gorgeous dress — and I really think Kelsey was the perfect young starlet to pull it off. Her look was party-ready, but also very polished. She didn’t mess with any accessories or heavy make-up and merely finished off with black t-bar cutout sandals and a loosely swept up ‘do.

Effortlessly beautiful.

Though Paris Fashion Week is officially underway, I must take a look back at the Salvatore Ferragamo Spring/Summer 2013 presentation that took place on Sunday during Milan Fashion Week.

Claire Julien, Beau Garrett and Kelsey Chow joined a slew of celebs and socialites that came out to support the latest spring collection by Creative Director Massimiliano Giornetti.

Beau, star of the movie “Freelancers”, looked beautiful in a teal silk sheer long-sleeved dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection that featured silver metallic embroidery all over. | continue reading..

I always enjoy seeing Kelsey Chow on the red carpet, or in this case: blue. The former “One Tree Hill” actress has been making her mark in Hollywood with a starring role on “Pair of Kings” and a recent gig in “The Amazing Spider-Man”! Kelsey, along with several other heavy-hitters in young Hollywood, were celebrated this past weekend when they attended Variety’s 6th Annual Power Of Youth Event at Paramount Studios.

The 21-year-old starlet highlighted her caramel summer tan with a bright white mini dress from the Resort 2012 collection by Naeem Khan, which features a colorful motif pattern in shades of green, blue, yellow and light pink. I’m glad it was shortened. | continue reading..

Kelsey Chow, one of my favorite on-the-rise actresses, stepped out on the red carpet last week looking ‘adorably chic’ in a pretty lace shirt dress by DKNYfor the Hollywood premiere of “Hit & Run”.

The 20-year-old arrived at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in this Resort 2013 collection; a three-quarter sleeve buttondown creation with all over black lace print against a white base, which shows its self bare at the cuffed sleeve and pleated hemline. The overall design is broken up beautifully thanks to a black panel along the button closure that connected to a pointed collar and built in belt. | continue reading..

Kelsey Chow kind of flew under the radar when she arrived on the orange carpet for the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards this past Saturday, but I definitely took notice of her look for the night.

The 20-year-old actress, who can be seen in “The Amazing Spider-Man”, posed for photogs wearing a fun v-neck black dress with bright electric all-over prints from the Fall 2011 collection by Leila Shams. It wasn’t just the stars of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ making bold fashion choices on the black carpet at the LA premiere on Monday; “Pair of Kings” star Kelsey Chow was definitely working a cute mini!

Kelsey arrived in a fitted bustier strapless jacquard “Vasily” dress from Tibi that was infused in a gorgeous combination of navy and bronze shades. This is the perfect party dress, and this “Twilight” premiere was definitely a party.
