Kirsten Dunst joined her “On The Road” costars Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund for the New York premiere of the Walter Salles-directed film. I feel like they’ve been screening this movie somewhere everyday for the last year—but, considering it’s been a long project for them all, I’m sure they’re glad to celebrate it with audiences.

The 30-year-old actress wore head-to-toe Christian Dior, which included a fun embroidered navy blue wool tuxedo jacket and pleated skirt. I prefer the snug fit on Kirsten and I’m glad she wore tights with considering it is December after all. Kirsten’s make-up artist Pati Dubroff shared her inspiration and creation tips for her glamorous appearance, “I wanted the makeup to have a slight nod to the roaring twenties.”

“The skin preparation is super important. I spent about twenty minutes prepping skin with an Intraceuticals Clarity Oxygen Treatment and then applied the Intraceuticals Finishing Products. This gives the skin a plump glowing and gorgeous finish. I used Tatcha Luminous Dewy Fix Moist Spray right before makeup and on the exposed skin of the arms. I used SUQQU Foundation in shade 102 on the skin, and the apples of cheeks got a slight flush with CHANEL Powder Blush in Narcisse. | continue reading..

I was pleasantly surprised with the dress that Kirsten Dunst wore to the Hollywood premiere of her film “Bachelorette” last night.

The 30-year-old actress arrived at ArcLight Cinemas looking comfortable and fabulous in a voluminous Malibu-blue gown by Jean Paul Gaultier. The Resort 2013 floor-length dress featured thin straps connected to an open flap neck, double breasted bodice design, which was complete with pockets and a knot-belted waist.

Dressed in head-to-toe Resort 2013, the 30-year-old actress arrived in a square-neck pink and red patterned maxi dress with a bold tied belt at the waist. Kirsten and her hairstylist Marcus Francis were totally inspired by the beautiful flower-embellished Dolce & Gabbana headband that she wore with her white dress, and wanted to create a look that was “flirty, undone, with a bit of whimsical” to play off the head-piece.

Marcus prepped her damp hair with Phyto Phytovolume Actif Maximizing Volume Spray before blow drying with a boar’s hair round brush. He then sectioned her tresses on the side from the front with a middle part down the back in order to keep the hairlines smooth and allow for the flyaways to appear elsewhere. | continue reading..

Kirsten Dunst looked beautiful at the photocall and press conference for her film “On The Road” during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival earlier this month.

The 30-year-old actress rocked a 3D lace white cocktail dress from Dolce & Gabbana with creamy pumps and a pretty floral headpiece woven into her braided hairstyle. Everything was so feminine and soft about her look that her light make-up palette complimented the mid-morning chic ensemble.

Kirsten’s makeup artist Adam Breuchaud was inspired to create a “soft sculpted eye and brow for this demure daytime look.”

“Silky luminous beige and rusty rose reflect the light and help open up the eye,” so after applying shadow in those soft colors he lifted and defined her lashes using Diorshow Blackout Mascara. Adam then groomed Kirsten’s brows with MAC Eye Brows Crayon in ‘Fling’ before brushing though them with the Dior Brow Gel. These steps helped shape the finish. | continue reading..
