It was a quite the swanky affair last night when the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills quickly filled up with some of the most talented ladies (and fellas) in Tinseltown as they came together to help honor their fellow actors at ELLE Magazine’s annual Women In Hollywood event.

Ellie Kemper kept it chic in an ivory Moschino peplum cocktail dress with a ruffled neckline, from the Fall 2011 collection. I really love that she added some color to her look with deep red accessories. She carried a patent clutch with matching pumps before topping it all off with 18k white gold earrings with rubies and diamonds from Katerina Maxine.

“Glee” actress Naya Rivera also opted for a Fall 2011 dress by Moschino; a yellow cream sleeveless shift dress with light pin-tucking at the waist. She also opted for red accessories, including a gold and bordeaux tube clutch that she partnered with velvet open toe platform Tory Burch pumps. Naya’s long dark hair was styled in long luscious curls. | continue reading..

The Primetime Emmys are officially less than a week away!

Consider this week as the “road to the biggest night in television” as there are bound to be several parties and events to prepare us all for this upcoming weekend. This past Sunday kicked it all off when the red carpet rolled out at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live for The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Creative Arts Emmy Awards.

Let’s take a look at what everyone wore, shall we?

Maya Rudolph kept it short and sassy in a black lace cocktail dress by Dolce & Gabbana. The “Up All Night” actress styled her long hair in glamorous curls before finishing off her look with diamond jewelry and a pair of black and gold peep toe platform pumps. It was pretty classic overall, so while Maya played it safe — she also pulled it off. | continue reading..

Lake Bell arrived on the red carpet at The Plaza Hotel last night to celebrate the 15th Annual ASPCA Bergh Ball in NYC.

The “Black Rock” actress looked beautiful in a pretty mint green strapless Grecian gown, from the Resort 2012 collection by Marchesa, that featured stunning gold embroidery throughout the bodice.

I really like this dress on her and the fact that she didn’t go nuts with accessories, but I wish the bodice had been pulled up a bit higher on her. A bodice added a lot of shimmer, but a few diamond and gold thin bangles couldn’t hurt.

Lake completed her look with minimal make-up and a swept chignon hairstyle.

Lake Bell wore a cool blue version of a black Andrew Gn cocktail dress, from the designer’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection, to the 2012 Sundance Film Festival premiere of her new movie “Black Rock”. I love the fun cutaway design at the wide-open neckline!

The 32-year-old actress joined her co-stars Kate Bosworth, Jay Paulson, and Will Bouvier, and their director Katie Aselton at the Library Center Theater on Saturday night for the screening in Park City, Utah. | continue reading..

Kate Bosworth joined her “Black Rock” co-star Lake Bell and director Katie Aselton at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival premiere of their film on Saturday at the Library Center Theater in Park City, Utah.

The 29-year-old actress wore a red hot cocktail dress with metallic embroidery from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Antonio Berardi. She wore her hair up in a high sleek ponytail so that the design was left uncovered. | continue reading..
