Lana Del Rey hit the black carpet at The Wooly in New York City on Wednesday night where she performed at a private concert hosted by H&M. Lana is currently the face of the popular fashion brand.

The “Blue Velvet” singer wore a bespoke black mini dress with floor-grazing sheer panels paired with an H&M tuxedo jacket.

Thanks to the side splits in the maxi skirt element, Lana was able to show off her black ankle strap “Berg” cut-out wedge sandals by Salvatore Ferragamo, which feature silver chain detailing. | continue reading..

Last night the stars from film, music and the catwalk hit the red carpet at the Royal Opera House for the 2012 GQ Men of the Year Awards to celebrate some of the finest men of the last year. Among the honorees were Dolce & Gabbana‘s Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for Designer of the Year, Aaron Sorkin for Writer of the Year, Tinie Tempah for Solo Artist of the Year, and of course, the Team Great Britain Olympians!

Lana Del Rey took to the stage on Thursday for the House Festival — which was held at Chiswick House & Gardens in London, England — wearing head-to-toe Topshop!

The four-night festival, from the Soho House Group, supported The Chiswick House & Gardens Trust and WarChild, an organization which helps children affected by war.

Lana Del Rey was spotted leaving BBC Radio 1 this past Sunday in London, England during their “Hackney Weekend” wearing a pretty color-block blouse by the fashion label Sandro.

The “Video Games” singer selected this pale blue “Calypso” top from the Spring 2012 collection, which was paneled down the center in bright blue and featured coral cap sleeves. Lana paired the lightweight top with two layered crucifix necklaces, a slim pair of cropped, dark wash jeans from G-Star and black monochrome flatform sneakers from Superga.

It seemed she was channeling Amy Winehouse’s style and sported a sky-high bouffant hairstyle and kitty-cat lined eyes that were completed with light baby blue shadow.

She finished off her look with her black leather signature “Del Rey” handbag from Mulberry.

I liked the blouse, but I feel like it was a bit out of place with everything else she was wearing. I think I’d like it more if she had on a classic pair of pointed toe pumps, but then I guess it wouldn’t be Lana’s style then.

Lana Del Rey has been taking advantage of her first time at the Cannes Film Festival, and last night the 25-year-old “Video Games” singer attended the Trophée Chopard soirèe in a chic white tuxedo by Moschino.

I think this is the first time I’ve really, truly liked something Lana has worn. She looked amazing in this tux — especially the way her auburn long locks cascading over it.

She flawlessly finished off the look with Chopard diamonds and Salvatore Ferragamo accessories. Lana carried a mirrored minaudière from the Resort 2012 collection, paired with suede nude wedges. | continue reading..

Rising singer Lana Del Rey made her Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala debut on Monday night as the guest of the designer Joseph Altuzarra.

Altuzarra dressed Lana in a silver metallic sweetheart gown before layering on theatrics with a floor-length sheer black cape.

I felt like she was going for a ‘Gwyneth Paltrow at the 2012 Oscars – meets – Florence Welch’ look.

Lana’s hair looked really nice styled in side-parted soft, voluminous cascading waves, but I really hate her lipstick. Many ladies opted for a dark hued pout that night, but it looks more gothic on Lana than it does glam.

She completed her look with smokey eyes and diamond jewelry.
