MY VERDICT: I was beyond thrilled to watch Cher’s first television performance in ten years when she hit “The Voice” stage during the fourth season finale to debut her new single “Woman’s World”. I’ve been a fan for as long as I can remember, and have always admired her tremendous talent, cool personality, and adventurous taste in clothes.

MY VERDICT: Despite my sometimes aversion to peplums, I was waiting for someone to wear this uber-sexy leather panel little black dress by Michael Kors. Olivia Wilde stepped out for Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards wearing the Fall 2013 peplum bustier dress, and while I mostly loved it–there were a few qualms. Olivia’s belt isn’t fitted properly around her waist, and I can’t even see the cool hardware that was featured on the model, and the was a big reason of why I liked this look from the get-to.

Also, while black pumps are never usually a poor choice, I wish Olivia had worn another shoe over the Brian Atwood “Maniac” pumps she selected. | continue reading..

WHERE & WHEN: Nickelodeon’s 26th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on March 23, 2013.

MY VERDICT: Miranda pulled shades from her Stella McCartney organza dress when it came to her accessories of choice at the Kids’ Choice Awards this year.  The former “iCarly” actress stepped out on the purple carpet wearing a colorful abstract printed sleeveless lightweight dress from the designer’s Spring 2013 collection in cool tones of blue and green.  I really love the sheer panel that waves through the dress; it coordinated well with Miranda’s loose ombré beachy waves.

With the help of a dash of popping pink on her lips and nails, Miranda completed her KCA look with open toe teal Giuseppe Zanotti pumps and a light blue tube clutch from Jimmy Choo.  I really liked how this was styled as it was a fun balance between youthful and mature. At 19-years-old now, I think that suits Miranda just fine.

Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry joined her band-mates (and brothers) Neil and Reid Perry on the red carpet at the Bridgestone Arena tonight for the 2012 CMA Awards, where she added a few pops of color to an otherwise very dark look.

The 28-year-old singer wore a Lanvin black sheer silk-tulle dress, from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection, with short sleeves and a full skirt. She brightened things up with a red belt, but I feel like the thick width actually truncated Kimberly’s figure. | continue reading..

Miley Cyrus rocked the “Bieber bang” last night when she performed at the City of Hope gala last night in Los Angeles, which honored Halston CEO Ben Malka with the Spirit Of Life Award.

The 19-year-old passed on wearing a dress in favor of a cool silver-studded crop top with a zip front and super wide-leg ivory satin trousers by Temperley London. Her pants are from the Resort 2013 collection, while her top is from the spring line — though it didn’t make the runway during the Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show during London Fashion Week last month. | continue reading..
