Many stars may have showed a lot of skin on the red carpet for the premiere of “Magic Mike” on Sunday — but, Sophia Bush did the opposite and totally covered up in a mixed pattern, texture and colorful ensemble.

The 29-year-old “Partners” actress arrived at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live to celebrate the film, which closed out the Los Angeles Film Festival, wearing a white tee, a dark blazer and a brown batik printed “Linds” maxi skirt from A.L.C.

A high slit in the front of the skirt provided the on-looker with a great view of Soph’s sandals, which were certainly something to stare at! She wore a pair of sandals with tan, black and a vibrant yellow ankle strap. | continue reading..

Former “One Tree Hill” actress Bethany Joy Lenz supported her one-time costar Sharon Lawrence last Wednesday at the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of her new movie “Middle of Nowhere”.

Rocking full wavy ombré tresses, Joy looked beautiful in a romantic black layered asymmetric dress from Of Two Minds, which featured a lace paneling at the deep v-neck, cap sleeves and waist.

I think a bold pop of color would have been fun on Joy’s feet, but I’m just glad she didn’t wear black pumps.  | continue reading..

Cody Horn is the fresh new face on the scene, but she’s already making her red carpet mark when it comes to dressing well — which she proved on Sunday night when she attended the premiere of her movie “Magic Mike”.

The 26-year-old actress arrived at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live for the premiere, which was held during the Closing Night Ceremony of the Los Angeles Film Festival, in a sexy ensemble from Jean Paul Gaultier ‘s Spring 2012 haute couture collection.

Cody wore a black bustier corset with a pair of lacy hot pants underneath a black blazer and paired the whole thing with Christian Louboutin “Bis Un Bout” black suede pumps. | continue reading..

What’s a “Magic Mike” premiere without some skin?!

Jenna Dewan-Tatum bared some leg in a micro-mini dress as she hit the red carpet to celebrate the premiere of the film, which was held on Sunday during the Closing Night Ceremony of the Los Angeles Film Festival.

Her husband Channing Tatum has a starring role in the film — about male strippers. As if you didn’t know. ;-)

The 31-year-old actress looked pretty fierce in a black cap sleeve dress by Gucci, which was embroidered with tiny pailettes and featured a sharp lace inset at the chest before ending with a thick un-embellished banded hem. | continue reading..

Rashida Jones attended the screening for her new movie “Celeste and Jesse Forever”, held during the 2012 Los Angeles Film Festival, on Thursday wearing an embellished cocktail dress.

The 36-year-old actress arrived at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in a Fall 2012 dress by Altuzarra, which featured black v-neck bodice, a printed silver pencil cut skirt, and a whimsical coin embellished element at the waist.

Because of the heavy detail, I’m glad Rashida didn’t try to compete with busy shoes — but I also appreciate the fact that she didn’t play it too safe with a pair of pumps.

Rashida wore black “Loila” strappy sandals from Jimmy Choo.

This look was complete with minimal makeup, Isharya jewelry and a wavy mane.

Ari Graynor wore a printed Dolce & Gabbana dress to the Los Angeles Film Festival screening of her new movie “Celeste and Jesse Forever” on Thursday evening, held at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live.

This orange citrus fruit printed bustier dress comes from the Spring 2012 collection.

Ari wore her hair up and added extra color to her look with bright red lips.

While I love her yellow clutch, which picked up the tone of the dress, I’m a bit disappointed that she went with such a lackluster color on her feet. The nude platform pumps did nothing for me.

Erica Hubbard was all about the prints on Wednesday evening when she stepped out on the red carpet for the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of “Middle of Nowhere.”

The 33-year-old actress showed off her toned figured in a blue and silver printed strapless dress from the Spring 2010 collection by Christian Siriano, with a cascading asymmetric peplum at the waist.

Erica played off the vibrant color with sparkling silver glitter open toe pumps and matching metallic eye shadow in bronze, silver and sapphire, before finishing off this pretty look with a mane full of ringlet curls.

Keira Knightley looked like a fairy princess straight out of a mystical garden when she attended the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of her new movie “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” in her Fall 2012 Valentino dress and a red floral metal halo headband from the Chanel 2012/2013 Cruise Collection.

“We decided the look should be bright and clean with a few gentle hues of colour,” Chanel celebrity makeup artist Kate Lee said regarding the inspiration behind Keira’s soft look, which complimented her beautiful outfit.

“I prepped Keira’s skin with CHANEL Hydra Beauty Sérum, then applied CHANEL UV Essential SPF 50 for sun protection, but also providing a base for makeup. I used a tiny amount of CHANEL Vitalumiére Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 to even out her skin tone and add luminescence to the complexion. | continue reading..

Connie Britton in J. Mendel | “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” 2012 LA Film Festival Premiere

Connie Britton arrived at the Los Angeles Film Festival premiere of her movie “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” last night wearing a pretty pale blue gown.

The 45-year-old actress looked youthful and fresh in a silk tulle, open neck gown from the Spring 2012 collection by J. Mendel, with gathered ruching in artfully sculpted panels at her waist and hips.

I’m not too familiar with Connie’s red carpet track record, but I can’t help but like this dress on her! The steel shade of the color prevented her from looking washed out like a lighter shade world and it looks so lively against her red hair. | continue reading..
