After completing her run in the role of Alex Dupre during the final season of the CW television series “One Tree Hill”, Jana Kramer has been touring all over the country as she pursues her country music career.

You may have heard her single “Why You Wanna?” on the radio or “What I Love About Your Love” on the ABC series “GCB”.

Looking beautiful as ever, Jana was still nearly unrecognizable when she hit the red carpet last night for the 2012 Academy Of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. | continue reading..

Sara Evans in Mandalay | 2011 CMT Artists Of The Year

Sara Evans isn’t a fan of gowns, but a rare opportunity had her donned in one at the CMA Awards earlier this month — and she looked amazing. Last night she was caught in the middle when she arrived at the CMT Artists of the Year 2011 celebration in Nashville wearing this black calf-length pinstriped cocktail dress with floral embroidery by Mandalay.

Sara was on-hand to celebrate the five acts who were honored with being the “CMT Artists of the Year” for 2011; including Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum and Brad Paisley.

She’s said in the past that she “really likes to show off her legs” — which is part of her aversion towards gowns. I personally think this length not only shows off a little leg, but it also flatters her shape. She should try and stick to this silhouette once in a while.

Just like at the CMA Awards, Sara left her layered hair pin straight… and I still like it.

The night featured performances and appearances by Gavin DeGraw, Miranda Lambert, Matthew McConaughey, Lionel Richie, the All-American Rejects, Ellen DeGeneres, and many more. The event will air on December 13th at 9 p.m. ET/PT only on CMT.

Sara finished off her look with black suede platform peep toe pumps.

1 Night, 10 Looks: All of Carrie Underwood’s CMA Awards Fashion Moments

Carrie Underwood arrived at the 45th Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday night in Nashville, Tennessee looking gorgeous in a Reem Acra gold gown. It was stunning and it fit her fabulously…but she didn’t have it on long.

The minute she stepped off the red carpet and entered the Bridgestone Arena to prepare for her hosting duties, Carrie was already stepping into a whole other look. It was the first of ten that she would wear for the duration of the show.

For one of her first looks, Carrie wore a Georges Chakra asymmetric metallic embellished coral dress featuring a dragging chiffon train on the side. This was an interesting piece on the model featured during the Spring/Summer 2011 Haute Couture presentations, but it looked way too big on Carrie. The whole design of the dress was kind of lost on her, it appeared to be two sizes bigger than what she should be wearing.

During a segment involving…dolls, Carrie wore a layered asymmetric white embellished cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2009 Haute Couture collection by Cengiz Abazoğlu. It sort of looked like she was wrapped in a very expensive napkin. Oddly, I like it. On her feet were a ridiculously cool pair of white, black, and silver “Glamourous” sandals by Ryan Haber. | continue reading..

Jana Kramer walked the red carpet last night for the 2011 BMI Country Awards in Nashville, Tennessee.

The “One Tree Hill” actress-turned-Country singer arrived wearing a Julian Joyce by Mandalay strawberry-colored ruched satin strapless cocktail dress. The fun dress featured peek-a-boo openings throughout showing off silver metallic detailing.

I love the color against Jana’s complexion, and for the slightly low-key show this was a perfectly appropriate look. | continue reading..
