The 30-year-old English actress looked very youthful and cute in a white stretch halter top and mint green peplum skirt from the Fall 2012 collection by Aussie brand Camilla and Marc that she brightened up further with a sassy pair of gold and turquoise “PRINT Barely There” Topshop sandals and metallic accessories. | continue reading..

Cate Blanchett was in Sydney, Australia on Friday to celebrate the opening the thirteenth Louis Vuitton Maison store at King and George streets. The 42-year-old Melbourne native actress selected a dress and shoes from the recent Spring/Summer 2012 collection for the cocktail party.
I really like the floral stencil cutout of the v-neck white dress, but I can’t get on-board with this overlay. Is it just me, or does it look like a shower curtain liner at the neckline? It also made her look wider than she is.
Paired with the too-white pumps and an office party hairstyle, I just have to accept that this wasn’t her dress.
Yesterday was the luncheon, and today Sarah Jessica Parker attended the Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia during Crown Oaks Day wearing a pale pink and ivory tea-length dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Jonathan Saunders.
I would’ve loved to have seen the dress in full, but it must have been quite chilly because SJP covered up in a metallic silver jacket by Antonio Berardi.
With a diamond brooch in her voluminous up’do, and pearls around her neck, she completed her look with her trusty Manolo Blahnik pumps.
She could have easily opted for white again, but thankfully selected a pale minty green shade.
I wonder how much longer SJP be in Melbourne…
SJP wore a sleeveless metallic grey tweed dress with front buttons from the top to bottom from the Fall/Winter 2010 Haute Couture collection by Chanel.
The dress looks great on her, and her black Manolo Blahnik pointed toe pumps compliment quite nicely for the afternoon luncheon.
I can’t get over how crazy the Philip Treacy hat is that she’s wearing. I’m not sure I’d even be able to hold my head up with that thing. It might be lightweight, but it looks extremely heavy. | continue reading..
Sarah Jessica Parker hit the red carpet tonight in a metallic purple and white dress from the spring line by Prabal Gurung for the premiere of “I Don’t Know How She Does It” in Melbourne, Australia.
The dress is incredible, it was one of my favorites from the collection, but I hate that SJP’s extra voluminous hair is over-powering it so much. Between the length of the dress and the amount of hair she looks shorter — or is that just me that notices it?
Stepping out of her trusty point-toe Manolo’s, SJP wore black ankle-strap peep toe sandals with a curved metal heel by Raphael Young.
Her shoes perfectly matched her insane Christian Louboutin black leather “Marquise” clutch. The sides are totally embellished with metal spikes and a Swarovski crystals! | continue reading..
SJP continued promoting the film in Melbourne, Australia yesterday with a press conference and photocall at the Crown. I think she looked lovely in this Vera Wang yellow psychedelic printed stretch charmeuse dress from Vera’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
This design didn’t make the runway, which is a shame; it probably would have been one of my favorite dresses during the presentation.
I have such a hard time getting into summery prints when it’s so cold outside, but I can’t help loving everything about this dress on her. Aside from the wrinkling, the silhouette is fabulous and the colors are beautifully blended. I adore this print — especially the detail below the drawstring waist. | continue reading..
