Freida Pinto arrived at Palais des Festivals tonight where she walked the red carpet for the opening ceremony of the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival which also served as the premiere of “Moonrise Kingdom”.

The 27-year-old actress wore a strapless sweetheart gown by designer Michael Angel with a multicolored sequin bodice and pale pink maxi skirt that featured a bubbled peplum and thigh-high slit. The dress was broken up by a silver skinny belt.

This was a daring choice for Freida; I really like the bodice, but I don’t feel like she’s carrying the skirt very well. It looks like it’s weighing her down in the first photo. | continue reading..

Is it really warm in Los Angeles right now?

I can’t really tell because I see audience members for “Extra” at the Grove in jackets and host Mario Lopez is wearing long-sleeves in this photo. What’s throwing me off is that guest Freida Pinto was wearing — not only a sleeveless dress, but a slinky little slip dress

The 27-year-old actress was on the show yesterday to talk about her new movie “Immortals” wearing a printed dress from the Resort 2012 collection by Michael Angel.

I like how she belted the dress — I actually prefer it to the way it’s styled on the model. I just think this was a look better suited for the spring, not November.

Freida added extra color to her look with a pair of bright yellow, blue, and black cage sandals by Roger Vivier.

Looking quite refreshed for an early day at work after lots of traveling, Amanda Seyfried waves to photographers at the Villamagna Hotel in Madrid, Spain during the “In Time” photocall and press conference.

Joined by co-star Justin Timberlake, Amanda looked beautiful in a stunning watercolor printed dress with a high thigh slit from the Spring 2011 collection by Michael Angel.

Amanda wore the look sans collar, but it didn’t hurt the look at all. This dress is gorgeous and Amanda did it justice.

I’m equally impress by her deep purple satin Lanvin pumps that go with this dress like no other. A match truly made. | continue reading..
