Jenna Dewan-Tatum joined her husband Channing Tatum last night for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards where he would be presenting and promoting his new movie “Magic Mike”.

The 31-year-old actress flaunted her toned figure in a Spring 2012 mint green and white silk Lublu by Kira Plastinina dress.

While the wrapped bodice of the dress was slinky, sheer and plunging at the neck, the white tiered skirt tapered the style a bit.

I don’t think the neckline needed to be as wide on Jenna because it looked like a possible ‘wardrobe malfunction’ was on the way, but she really looked beautiful in the fresh color. | continue reading..

“Bridesmaids” actress Ellie Kemper turned out at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards last night to support her nominated film wearing a bright floral dress by Dolce & Gabbana.

The 32-year-old stepped out on the red carpet in a goldenrod, ruched silk dress with three-quarter sleeves and a scooped neckline. Featured throughout the design were big and bold floral prints in tonal pink and green shades.

Jayma Mays recently wore another version of this dress, but I think I like this one on Ellie just as much, if not more.

Lucy Hale hit the red carpet last night for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards with her boyfriend, Chris Zylka from the now defunct CW witchy series “The Secret Circle”.

While I’m bummed that her beau’s show isn’t returning for a second season this fall, I loved the colors of Lucy’s MTVMA dress!

The 22-year-old actress wore a color-block silk halterneck dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Catherine Malandrino. The combination of coral, teal and cobalt were lovely, but I can’t say that I’m totally into the wrinkling of her skirt.

Like Nikki Reed, this dress seemed a bit mature for this particular award show. I was hoping to see Lucy rocking some leather shorts or a fun trouser look with a sparkling top. This seemed more appropriate for a chic cocktail dinner. | continue reading..

Jennifer Aniston didn’t walk the red carpet last night, but she was still able to show off her skin-tight black leather dress when she took the stage at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards to accept her golden popcorn for ‘Best On-Screen Dirtbag’.

The 43-year-old actress is no stranger to short, black mini dresses — in fact, we usually see her in them all the time. The good thing about is that she always looks fab in them, and this time around wasn’t any different.

Jenn wore a single-shoulder leather dress by Valentino with a large rosette element at the shoulder. I’m not sure if the ruching was an intentional part of the look or if this was just due to the form-fitting design, but I wish it was smoother.

She accessorized with large gold Fred Leighton earrings that peeked out from her super straight, signature ‘do before finishing off her look with a sheer manicure and metal plated Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

The “Victorious” actress selected this Spring 2012 one-shoulder combo dress by the designer, which featured a ivory ruched chiffon bodice and a floaty, asymmetric canary yellow skirt.

Julianne Hough promoted her upcoming film “Rock of Ages” with an appearance at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards last night where she ‘rocked’ an all-black ensemble.

The 23-year-old wore a Fall 2012 black lace, long sleeve mini dress by Sally LaPointe, with a peplum skirt and a complete cutout waist. It was basically a faux mid-driff top.

Between Lady Gaga’s recent look from this collection and Julianne last night, both of my favorite dresses from LaPointe’s line have officially gotten some spotlight.

Funny enough, this dress nearly made my wish list for the ceremony — but with Kristen Stewart in mind!

Julianne definitely has the dancer figure to pull the look off, but I wish she had taken a risk when it came to her shoes and make-up. Her pale palette and open toe black pumps weren’t cutting it when it came to embracing the rock-chic feel of the dress.

With that said, I was digging her stick-straight ‘do!

Jessica Biel totally surprised me when she hit the red carpet last night for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards in her pastel ensemble!

While I was pretty convinced of the 30-year-old arriving in something glittery, she totally switched things up and opted for a soft color palette and feel. Jessica showed up a few minutes to showtime wearing a white knit dress with an crisscross open back and long, billowy sleeves from the Spring 2012 collection by Chanel.

Leighton Meester is getting that summer feeling, which was evident in her outfit last ngiht at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards.

The “Gossip Girl” actress is currently on tour to promote her music, but she took the night off to hang out at the Universal Studios’ Gibson Amphitheatre for MTV’s biggest night in film.

Leighton arrived on the red carpet in a Spring 2012 ensemble from Christian Cota, which included a white sleeveless jacket with matching pleat front shorts and a abstract printed planktonic silk top.

It’s that time of year again!

KRISTEN STEWART attended the 2012 MTV Movie Awards — in a metallic dress while sporting a voluminous wavy mane along with some seriously smoky eyes — and took home the awards for ‘Best Kiss’ and ‘Best Movie’ with her  “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ costars. To get her both red carpet and camera ready, makeup artist Jillian Dempsey created a bold look that would magnify on-screen.

Jillian and Kristen were going for “edgy glam, with a youthful twist”, and to achieve that style Jillian played up her eyes with heavy liner, lots of mascara and an overly dramatic, tapered eye.
