Julie Bowen hit the red carpet last night for the The Academy Of Television Arts & Sciences Performer Nominees’ 64th Primetime Emmy Awards Reception, the “Modern Family” actress is nominated for an Emmy and we’ll see if she takes home the golden statue tomorrow night.

In the meantime, let’s take a moment to enjoy her fabulous silver strapless dress that she wore last night for the pre-Emmy parties. Julie slipped on this metallic embellished cocktail number from the Fall 2012 Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti collection. | continue reading..

Devon Aoki was among the few actors and models photographed by Ellen von Unwerth for the 2013 LS F Sport “Laws of Attraction” campaign for the Lexus Exhibit, and attended the launch event last night at Metreon in San Francisco, California.

The 29-year-old model, who stars opposite James Bailey in the campaign, looked summer perfect in a blue-and-white nautical print maxi halterneck dress from the Resort 2012 collection by Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti. | continue reading..

Malin Akerman took promotion for “Rock of Ages” to Sweden with a premiere in Stockholm tonight.

The 34-year-old actress glittered from head-to-toe in silver, which included her embellished sleeveless Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti cocktail dress with a matching belt from the Fall 2012 collection.

I really think this might be my favorite premiere look of Malin’s for this press tour. Everything was working together — from her dress to her silver accessories and dark pewter manicure. | continue reading..

Vanessa Hudgens in Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti | Amber Lounge Fashion Monaco 2012

Vanessa Hudgens looked lovely in ivory when she attended the Amber Fashion Show and Charity Auction in Monaco on Friday.

The 23-year-old “Journey 2″ actress wore a lined version of this Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti maxi slip gown, from the Spring 2012 collection, with all over beaded embellishments..

I’ll be honest, it’s rare that I like Vanessa’s red carpet look — but she looked really nice here. I think the dress may be too long, but that’s the price we short gals pay. I’m willing to bet she has on a pair of the highest heels she could find though.

Vanessa finished off her look with silver jewelry and her hair styled in cascading curls. Looks like she’s playing with extensions while she waits for her hair to grow out from the super short cut she had gotten for a movie role.

This will always be my favorite length for her.

Did you like this look on Vanessa?

Sarah Hyland in Alberta Ferretti | 2012 Oscars

“Modern Family” actress Sarah Hyland took her trip down the red carpet for Sunday night’s 84th Annual Academy Awards at Hollywood & Highland Center in a mauve gown.

The 21-year-old actress opted for a soft chiffon gown by Alberta Ferretti with draping at the waist and a single draped sleeve.

This was a pretty dress on her, and I like that she didn’t go heavy on accessories.

Sarah completed her look with a chignon hairstyle that featured face-framing stray pieces.

Krysten Ritter in Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti | The Ripple Effect Charity Event

Some of Hollywood’s brightest stars were on-hand last night to honor a special cause for The Water Project charity. Krysten Ritter, star of the upcoming comedy “L!fe Happens”, was among the attendees at the Sunset Luxe Hotel for The Ripple Effect dinner hosted  by Ian Somerhalder and Kat Graham of the television series “The Vampire Diaries”.

In support of the charity, many stars were donned in cool shades of blue — Krysten included.

Normally it’s all about sexy mini dresses or glamorous gowns on the red carpet, therefore I love this change-of-pace lace trimmed silk sheer floor-length Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti dress that Krysten wore. It was classic, demure, and looked really comfortable.

Krysten accessorized the flowy design with a metallic clutch and matching sandals. Her dazzling Neil Lane diamond drop earrings were in full view as she pinned her black hair up into a elegant bun. I love the shade of her bold rosy lips!

Get ready to hear the name Jacqueline Emerson a lot next year! The teen actress stars as Foxface in “The Hunger Games”, the next highly anticipated novel-to-screen franchise.

Last night Jackie arrived at Cecconi’s Restaurant for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle hosted “A Night Of Firsts” event in Los Angeles. The parties gearing up for the Golden Globe Awards in January are kicking off!

Nikki Reed in Versace & Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti | “Late Show with David Letterman”

After the massive LA premiere on Monday night, Nikki Reed flew to New York to continue promoting “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ with a guest appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman” this past Tuesday.

Despite the brisk weather, Nikki arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater wearing a shoulder baring vibrant red crepe de chine cocktail dress by Versace (available at Neiman Marcus!).

I’ve like a lot of things Nikki has worn on the press tour — but this has to be one of my least favorites. I felt like the look was missing something, and her pretty metallic “Zinc” sandals by Jimmy Choo weren’t enough to help it.

Maybe if she had worn black tights like the model it would have improved it greatly.

The sandals would definitely have to go at that point, of course. | continue reading..
