Anna Paquin in Rachel Comey | HBO’s “True Blood” 5th Season Premiere

Anna Paquin celebrated the fifth season of her hit vampy HBO series “True Blood” last night at a red carpet premiere held at ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome.

The 29-year-old actress was joined by her costar and husband Stephen Moyer; the two are expecting their first child together.

Anna proudly showed off her growing belly in a figure-hugging, black mesh cocktail dress from the Spring 2012 collection by Rachel Comey, which features modest, cutaway embellished panels on the front and back. | continue reading..
