MY VERDICT: After rocking cool stripes the previous night, Olivia was back for another round of SXSW festivities when she joined Anna Kendrick at the premiere of their new film “Drinking Buddies”.  Olivia played with color this time around thanks to a funky Resort 2013 raspberry pink and black contrast collared dress by L’Wren Scott that she amplified with bright green sandals.  She’s wearing the “Cachet” slingback by Sergio Rossi.

After completing a promotional tour for “Hitchcock” a couple of short weeks ago, Jessica Biel was back to the press tour grind last night when she attended the New York City premiere of “Playing For Keeps”, a romantic comedy in which she stars alongside Gerard Butler and Uma Thurman.

Jessica tried her hand at another straight-from-the-runway Spring 2013 design by slipping into the asymmetrically cutout slate blue silk-chiffon gown by Versace. This single sleeve, floor-sweeping gown features a gold embellished drop waist belt and a plunging open slash across the bodice that Jess obviously modified a little at the bottom to prevent a ‘wardrobe malfunction’.  | continue reading..

Is Jessica Biel for real?

Since she married Justin Timberlake last month—she’s been kind of messing up the natural flow of things. He finally achieved bringing ‘sexy back’, and she just keeps sending it back away!

After failing to captivate in a silver embroidered tunic and trousers earlier this week for the New York screening of “Hitchcock”, the 30-year-old actress was given another opportunity to ‘wow’ us when she hit the red carpet last night for the premiere in Beverly Hills, held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

I wasn’t too big of a fan of this Gucci ruffled floor-length halterneck black silk gown when it was presented on the catwalk with the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, but I’m even less thrilled with it on Jess.  | continue reading..

On-screen vampires weren’t the only stars crawling the black carpet on last week for the highly long-awaited Hollywood premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″! In addition to crowds of screaming ‘Twi-hands’, stars of every generation came out to show their own fan support and love of the crazy characters from Forks at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live—now, let’s take a look at what they wore!

Kiernan Shipka: The darling “Mad Men” starlet looked adorable as ever in head-to-toe Miu Miu, which included a flounce skirt little black dress with a sheer yoke and short sleeves. Kiernan added a little pop of color to her sweet look with fuchsia suede pumps with large bows accenting the open toe. She finished off her look with a loosely gathered ‘do and just a touch of make-up.

Jacqueline Emerson: The “Hunger Games” starlet wore head-to-toe Emporio Armani; a single shoulder silk-satin teal mini dress and nude accessories. The color of her dress was very pretty, but I can’t imagine she was worn in the brisk November air—despite the fact that she was in good ‘ol warm California. Jacqueline styled her strawberry red locks in a side gathered ‘do of curls before completing her look with Martin Katz jewelry. Isla Fisher brightened up an already vivid blue carpet Thursday night for the London premiere of the holiday movie “Rise of the Guardians” wearing a white lace cocktail dress. The 36-year-old oped for a sleeveless, knee-length peplum Dolce & Gabbana dress, which featured an accent blush grosgrain built-in belt.

Despite all of the glamorous gowns Bèrènice Marlohe has been wearing on the press tour for “Skyfall”–and there have been several–what she wore to the photocall in Berlin, Germany on Tuesday is hands-down one of my favorite looks of all.

The French actress, who was joined by her costar Daniel Craig and director Sam Mendes, looked ultra-chic in a navy wool suit by Ports 1961 with a matching ruffled blouse.
