MY VERDICT: Sophia looked ready to get her party on as she posed on the green carpet for the annual pre-Oscar event thrown by Global Green USA. The enviormental activist-slash-adorable actress brightened up her Hollywood night wearing a crisp white tuxedo from the H&M Conscious Collection; a double-breasted jacket partnered with crop trousers. I love a good lady suit, and while normally I wouldn’t imagine nude shoes being the perfect match, those Christian Louboutin “Pigalle” stilettos complimented her embellished clutch and didn’t take attention away from the suit. MY VERDICT: Sophia stepped out on the red carpet and posed in front of a illustration of book shelves wearing a fun little mixture of styles that included a partially unbuttoned herringbone silk sleeveless blue blouse by Harlyn, which she partnered with a full black Karolyn Pho circle skirt, from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection.  I like that the open neck of the top showed off her statement necklace, and although I adore her skirt, a part of me wishes she had worn a pencil cut for this particular look. | continue reading..
