MY VERDICT: Stana added fuel to my jumpsuit obsession at the Billboard Music Awards when she rocked the red blue carpet in a sleeveless one piece by Nicholas Oakwell Couture. The “CBGB” star opted for a white jumpsuit with silver beaded detailing, a mirrored honeycomb belt–and a daring plunging neckline. This non-presented look comes from the designer’s Spring 2013 line.

Considering such a form fitting top, I love how the pants are tailored with a bit of a wide leg. It creates a cool balance, and almost makes it seem laid back despite how glamorous it truly is. | continue reading..

MY VERDICT: To kick off the month of April, Stana was a guest on the hit morning talk show to promote the 100th episode celebration of her ABC drama series “Castle”.  The 34-year-old opted for something a little less busy than she did earlier in the day, but didn’t hold back on the power you can give a casual ensemble.  Stana talked with Michael Strahan and guest co-host Robin Roberts while she rocked sleek jet black J Brand 811 skinny jeans in Storm with a lovely long-sleeve white Marissa Webb top, which featured front slanted pockets and a plunging v-neck that gave a peek-a-boo view of a lace camisole.

With her long honey blonde tresses styled in finger twisted waves, Stana completed the look with soft makeup, a Karma El Khalil diamond “Floating Triangle” ring on her pointer finger, and the black version of the suede Jimmy Choo “Anouk” pumps that she wore for her GMA interview. Stana also wore black diamond earrings by State Room and rings from CBL by CB Luxe!

Overall, this look was very polished, but not something that’s out of reach for the everyday woman to recreate. Nicely done.

MY VERDICT: Who says you can’t add some sparkle to your morning?  Stana Katic worked shimmer into her day by adding a casual touch with a simple blazer.  The “Castle” star arrived in NYC for an appearance on “Good Morning America” to promote the 100th episode of her hit show by rocking a Pre-Fall 2013 metallic embroidered top and pants by Theyskens’ Theory.  I absolutely love how this was done; she basically did the reverse of taking a look from day-to-night, and she did it right.  | continue reading..

MY VERDICT: Stana was the picture of minimalism perfection when she hit Hollywood for the season three premiere of HBO’s hit series “Game Of Thrones”.  The 34-year-old actress showed off her long toned gams in a short black leather “Paula” mini skirt from Alpinestars by Denise Focil that she partnered with a comfy black short sleeve T by Alexander Wang t-shirt.  I like the simplicity of this being understated and cool, and also very wearable off the red carpet for anyone who has the legs to work it.

MY VERDICT: Many women can’t wear a hot pink suit on a pink carpet. Stana Katic can.  The “Castle” actress looked fantastic when she arrived for the Indie Spirit Awards in a breezy Donna Karan silk jacket and pants, from the Resort 2013 collection.  The folded detail on the jacket is eye-catching, the vibrant color is mesmerizing, and Stana is stunning.  She had her hair styled in a cool twisted fishtail braid, and I really like the height in the front.

MY VERDICT: Whoa mama!  “Castle” star Stana was red hot when she stepped out to emcee the Canadian Oscar nominee celebration luncheon in this sexy strapless “Venus” bustier cocktail dress by Alex Perry.   This design was originally presented in white with straps for Perry’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, but clearly the lipstick red version is the winner here. I’m absolutely in love with the fit as it hugged the Canadian actress’ toned curves while highlighting her sun-kissed golden complexion.  She wore her long honey tresses in a fabulous partially gathered ‘do before completing her look with classic nude “Pigalle” pumps by Christian Louboutin.  As for the accessories? The red carpet rolls out tonight for the annual People’s Choice Awards where your favorite stars take home awards voted on by you!
