Rachel Weisz in Michael Kors | “Oz: The Great and Powerful” London Premiere

Rachel Weisz in Michael Kors | 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' London PremierePhotos: Zimbio; Tabitha Simmons; Net-A-Porter
WHO: Rachel Weisz
WHERE & WHEN: “Oz: The Great and Powerful” London premiere on February 28, 2013.
WEARING: Michael Kors dress, Tabitha Simmons shoes & a Sophia Webster clutch.

MY VERDICT: Rachel took the yellow brick road all the way to the London premiere of “Oz: The Great and Powerful”, and she glittered in a pretty nude embroidered lace Michael Kors gown. The strapless floor-length gown comes from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection and features ruched detail at the side, a sweetheart bodice, and a leather belted waist.

I like the dress a lot, but I felt it a bit too pale for Rachel.  | continue reading..

WHO: Emma Watson
WHERE & WHEN:
39th Annual People’s Choice Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on January 9, 2013.
WEARING:
Peter Pilotto Spring/Summer 2013 dress, Tabitha Simmons sandals

MY VERDICT: Emma Watson kept things exciting, short and colorful at the PCAs this year, which I completely expected her to do—and wasn’t disappointed!  While I’m not thrilled with the shortening of this Pilotto dress, mostly due to how short she went, I can’t deny that she looks great.  | continue reading..

Emma Watson in BROOD | 2012 MTV Movie Awards

Emma Watson looked absolutely adorable tonight on the red carpet for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. She was there to promote her new movie “The Perks of Being a Wallflower”, but also to support “Harry Potter”, which was nominated for a few awards this evening.

The 22-year-old actress arrived in a cool printed halterneck dress with a racer-back and flap skirt from the Fall 2012 collection by BROOD. It wasn’t one of the dresses on my Wish List, but it kept in theme of what I wanted for her.

Emma’s style has been changing as she gets older and with every role, and I think the current stage she’s in right now is totally suited for her energetic personality. In fact, when one of her costars arrived to the theatre, Emma ran through her entourage to jump and give him a huge hug all while trying to fix her dress. | continue reading..

Charlize Theron joined her “Snow White and the Huntsman” costars Sam Claflin, Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth, as well as director Rupert Sanders (not pictured), at the beautiful Arundel castle — located on the English countryside — today for a press junket and photocall to promote the movie. They’ll world premiere it in London on Monday evening.

Charlize looked beautiful in a black and ivory color-block longsleeve dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Roland Mouret.

This dress was originally seen with the colors inverted on the runway; I prefer this monochrome color pattern on Charlize. | continue reading..

Elizabeth Banks in Roberto Cavalli & Andrew Gn | ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’

“Man On A Ledge” star Elizabeth Banks was a guest on “The Late Show with David Letterman” on Monday and wore a bit of one of my favorite prints – la-la-leopard.

The beautiful blonde actress wore the tiered open-back dress with a black halterneck cutout bodice, white lace hem, and a fun block of the animal print in the center. I like her hairstyle, but I would have liked to have seen it down with this look. She has this great layered haircut with swept bangs that would have rocked with this dress. | continue reading..

They say “the third time is the charm”, and boy are they right when it came to 20-year-old actress Shailene Woodley!

Shailene stepped out on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last night for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards, where she was nominated her role in “The Descendants”, wearing an angelic icy silk and tulle dress with gathering at the waist from the Spring/Summer 2012 Bridal collection by Marchesa. | continue reading..

Emma Stone in Carven | 2011 American Museum Of Natural History Gala

Emma Stone attended the 2011 American Museum of Natural History gala last night at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC with her “The Amazing Spider-Man” co-star Andrew Garfield (not pictured).

Emma’s in town because she’ll be hosting “Saturday Night Live” tomorrow night — I can’t wait! She always cracks me up.

The 23-year-old actress looked refreshed and vibrant in a maxi coral gown from the Resort 2012 collection by Carven. The dress was originally seen in a printed style that Leighton Meester wore during Fashion’s Night Out this year.

I think Emma breathed new life into the look; I love the shade and it looks fabulous with her fiery red hair.

For the event, Emma selected a pair of  “Filipa” sandals by Tabitha Simmons, a clutch from The Row, and earrings from Jack Vartanian.

Freida Pinto in Nina Ricci | “Immortals” LA Premiere After Party

After totally wow-ing me in Antonio Berardi on the red carpet at the LA premiere of “Immortals” on Monday, Freida slipped into something a bit more ‘moveable’ for the after party.

While I’m less enthusiastic about this look, her style did not suffer as the night went on.

Coral is one of my favorite colors; as a girl who is just a little bit lighter in complexion to Freida, this is the color that I find compliments medium-to-dark skin the best.

I love the detail around the neckline of this Nina Ricci dress as well as the layered ruffles at the hem and side opening.

Instead of selecting boring pumps, Freida dressed her feet up with chiffon ankle wrap chandelier embellished “Evita” sandals by Tabitha Simmons. | continue reading..
