MY VERDICT: “Jessie” star Debby Ryan rocked the red carpet at the first annual Radio Disney Music Awards in a bold shocking pink custom DKNY fit-and-flare dress, which she partnered with a pair of Jean-Michel Cazabat strappy “Oka” sandals that are made up of snakeskin and floral patterns in a vibrant mix of yellow and green shades.

I like that Debby took the splash of contrasting color a step further by additionally accessorizing with a “Agatha” jade marble printed acrylic box clutch by ashlyn’d. This was an unexpected mix of brights, and an idea that both paid off and set Debby apart from the rest of the RDMA attendees. | continue reading..

Maggie Grace may star as a dangerous revenge-seeking vampire in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″, but the lovely blonde actress looked pretty and sweet as can be on the black carpet for the Los Angeles premiere in her Bibhu Mohapatra gown that was a beautiful rich emerald green.

The 29-year-old actress arrived at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Wow, Kellie Pickler looked pretty amazing in Nashville tonight when she stepped out for the 46th annual CMA Awards wearing an ice blue dress that popped against her tan complexion and strawberry-blonde hair.

Morena Baccarin: The “Homeland” actress rocked a plunging neck strapless grey dress with pleating at the bust and hips. I thought she pushed the risk of a “wardrobe malfunction”, but thankfully Morena had an illusion inset within the v-neck opening. Red lips, bold diamond jewelry and a pewter minaudière were the finishing touches to Morena’s Emmys look.

Glenn Close: After completely falling in love with Glenn’s look at the Oscars this year, I was excited to see what she would wear to the Emmys. The “Damages” actress wore a Bibhu Mohapatra printed long-sleeve mermaid gown with black sheer draped panels at the skirt and all over sharp details layered throughout the rest. I may have felt differently about the dress on someone else, but it did absolutely nothing for me on Glenn. She accessorized with a pair of satin “Anya” sandals by Dana Davis.

Gretchen Mol: Unless you’re wearing black (or black-and-white), you run a risk wearing a monochrome look on the red carpet. At least if it’s all the same shade of one color. I’m surprised with how much I loved what Gretchen wore. | continue reading..

Katy Perry made a red hot arrival on the pink carpet last night for the world premiere of “Katy Perry: Part Of Me”, her concert documentary film, held at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

The 27-year-old singer channeled retro Hollywood in head-to-toe Dolce & Gabbana, which included a gorgeous plush scarlet velvet tea-length dress with a crossover sweetheart neckline and a full skirt. Katy wore matching velvet pumps.

It’s nice to see that Katy took advantage of the dress and got some major ‘twirlage’ out of it, but more than anything, it was simply stunning on her. Katy had this look down to an art; from her purple streaked onyx pincurls to her bold and inspired minute details. | continue reading..

Nikki Reed danced the night away with fiancé Paul MacDonald at Ubisoft’s launch party for the “Just Dance 3″ video game. While attending the event at The Beverly in Los Angeles, it’s reported that Nikki even teamed up with recently booted “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Kristin Cavallari for a couple of video game performances.

Nikki wore the loose fitting “Trish” black cotton dress by Elizabeth and James which she paired with the same Rag & Bone ‘Classic Newbury’ leather ankle boots and evening clutch she had worn earlier in the night, along with a pretty pair of Tacori circlets drop earrings with green onyx and clear quartz stones. | continue reading..

Nikki Reed stepped out with fiancé Paul MacDonald (not pictured) Tuesday night at Soho House in West Hollywood for Club Tacori 2011, a celebration for the jewelry line.

Nikki wore the “Felicity” silk ruffled dress by ANLO in a gorgeous shade of bright blue that looked amazing against her golden tan skin. The dress was so simple, but Nikki dressed it up for a night out by pairing it with a  python envelope clutch, multi layered bracelets, and Tacori diamond drop earrings.

Keeping her feet comfortable, Nikki opted for the same pair of cognac leather “Classic Newbury” boots by Rag & Bone. I’m such a fan of these boots, just not on the red carpet. She should’ve left these at home for the night and wore a strappy sandal. | continue reading..
