Well, this is… interesting.

Hailee Steinfeld must have been very indecisive when getting ready for Variety’s 5th annual Power Of Youth event today at Hollywood’s Paramount Studios.

Her look included a little bit of menswear-meets-casual-meets school girl. From the waist up I’m loving her white Jil Sander shirt that’s accompanying her amazing red and black tweed Chanel jacket and her black bowler hat.

What’s not working for me is how she dressed her bottom half. Denim J Brand shorts, knee high sheer socks and lace up Chanel patent boots? Somewhere out there in movie land Cher Horowitz is weeping. | continue reading..

Finally Chloe nails it! While she has exceptional taste in clothes, I always feel like Chloe dresses beyond her years — but not today. The “Hick” actress wore a very youthful and cool full look from Kenzo‘s Spring/Summer 2012 collection when she attended Variety’s 5th annual Power Of Youth event presented by The Hub at Paramount Studios.

She totally mixed up the patterns and textures with a lime green and black long-sleeve knit top that she paired with a pink and black herringbone print wrap skirt with a hunter green waistline and hip belt to hold the wrap detail closed.

Chloe then matched the pink hue in her skirt to bright tube rope multi-strap sandals. | continue reading..
