Ashley Greene kicked off her press tour in New York to promote “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ this morning with an interview on the “Today” show. The 25-year-old was sporting a much shorter mane than the cascading curls she was working on Monday at the Hollywood premiere of the final movie from the epic film series.

Brightening up the day in a vibrant fuchsia, Ashley wore a light Carolina Herrera knee-length sleeveless crepe dress ($1,990, neimanmarcus.com) with tucked draping along the waist and skirt. I think the vivid color is beautiful on Ashley, but while she looks so nice sitting in it—I don’t really like how it hangs from her body as she stands.

A nor’easter hit the New York and New Jersey area last night that left us cold and unprepared for the first snow fall of the season, so this was probably not the most comfortable time to be here for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ press tour after coming straight from Los Angeles—where it’s pretty toasty right now.

The 26-year-old English actor kept warm this morning in NYC for his interview on NBC’s “Today” by playing with layers for a nearly complete monochrome look. Just missing her costar Kristen Stewart by an hour or so, Nikki Reed stopped by NBC Studios at Rockefeller Center this morning to promote “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ at the “Today” show with hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb.

Maggie Gyllenhaal was spotted leaving NBC Rockefeller Center Studios on Monday morning following an interview she did with the “Today” show to support her new movie “Won’t Back Down”. This was Maggie’s second appearance on the show as she rocked a lace dress for an outdoor interview just last week.

The 34-year-old actress looked very comfortable in a jewel toned purple long-sleeve dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Rue du Mail. The knee-length cocktail design featured a woven cutout bodice that, sadly, didn’t fit Maggie like I wish it did.

Not only was the center design scrunched up, but you could see her black slip (or bra) very clearly.

Bummer.

Maggie finished off her look with curly tresses, black cutout leather booties and a dark green handbag.

Maggie Gyllenhaal was up bright and early yesterday morning to promote her new movie “I Won’t Back Down” with an interview on NBC’s “Today” outside at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

Looking lovely in light lace, Maggie touched upon some vintage glamour with Dolce & Gabbana ‘s lace capelette cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 Ready-to-Wear collection. The midi length design features an attached full cape over the shoulders.

I was pretty surprised to see this dress worn for a morning interview, but I found it to be a very nice look on Maggie. I liked it. Normally I wouldn’t be into the neutral pumps, but I also liked the taupe patent heels she wore.

Shocking, right?

Maggie finished off her look with a stained pout and a little curl in her short hair.

While in New York City promoting her new movie “Sparkle” this week, Jordin Sparks was spotted outside of NBC Rockefeller Center Studios on Wednesday wearing a vibrant dress by Nicole Miller.

The 22-year-old entertainer flaunted her trim figure in a purple-pink-and-white watercolor floral dress from Miller’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The v-neck frock hit the statuesque Jordin just above her knee, which created a slimming silhouette.

Jordin wore her long colorful curls out in a center parted style before finishing off her look with a diamond bracelet, a sparkly pink manicure and a pair of pearlized platform pumps.
