Amy Adams took a walk on the wild side last night when she stepped out on the red carpet for the New York premiere of “The Master” wearing a silk v-neck cocktail dress by Giambattista Valli.

The color-block dress, an non-presented piece from Resort 2013, featured an ivory top mixed with a sassy leopard print that fell into a sleek black pencil silhouette of a skirt. The black was once again worked into the look with a built in belt.

This allowed for her solid black pumps to actually work really well with her dress. | continue reading..

Penelope Cruz looked amazing on Wednesday night when she attended the New York City screening of her new movie “To Rome With Love”, held at the Paris Theatre.

The 38-year-old Spanish actress wore head-to-toe gold for the LA premiere, but darkened things up this time around with a sexy off-the-shoulder, gemstone embellished, lacy long-sleeve short dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 Emilio Pucci collection.

I love the color, the cut and style for Penelope! | continue reading..

Dark Beauty: Charlize Theron & Kristen Stewart for Interview Magazine!

Dark Beauty: Charlize Theron & Kristen Stewart for Interview Magazine!Photographed by: Mikael Jansson for Interview Magazine; Styled by: Karl Templer; Hair: (Stewart) Anthony Turner & (Theron) Enzo Angileri; Makeup: (Stewart) Mark Carrasquillo & (Theron) Pati Dubroff; Nails: (Stewart) Ashlie Johnson & (Theorn) April Foreman
There’s no doubt about it, CHARLIZE THERON and KRISTEN STEWART are an unstoppable force. They may be from the opposite sides of good and bad on the big screen, as they face off as the evil queen Ravenna and the fair Snow White in Universal’s “Snow White and the Huntsman”, but the two are friends in real-life — and a pair of stunning gal pals, if you ask me.

Both ladies took over the fashion magazines this past month as they geared up for the June 1st release of their film, but the June/July 2012 issue of Interview Magazine gave us something we really wanted — a devastatingly glam cover shoot with both striking femmes!

In this dark and beautiful editorial lens by Mikael Jansson, Charlize and Kristen pose in the gothic-chic United Artists Theater in downtown Los Angeles wearing some of the most glamorous looks from the latest Fall 2012 collections as they brood behind sleek tresses and dark lips.

Karl Templer pulled some of the most striking pieces from designers like Tom Ford, Versace, Lanvin, Christian Dior and Dries Van Noten for the ladies, and The Fashion Court appreciates his fine eye that helped create a prominent fashion palette.

Because this is ‘Interview’ magazine, Elvis Mitchell sat down with the SWATH stars to talk about their kick-ass movie, their very broad film careers, Charlize’s newest role as a mother, and tons more. It’s a juicy read!

But, let’s take a closer look at the fashion, shall we? | continue reading..

Miranda Lambert joined her husband Blake Shelton on the red carpet tonight for Clive Davis’ annual Pre-Grammy fête which honored Richard Branson, chairman of Virgin Group.

The 28-year-old Country singer displayed her curves in a sexy long-sleeve black beaded lace dress from the Resort 2012 collection by PAVONI with a crew-neck and raw-edge hem.

I wish I could get some solo shots of her striking a pose in the look to get the full effect, but I really like the dress. | continue reading..

Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick arrived on the red carpet tonight at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the New York premiere of the new NBC television series “Smash” — which was hosted by NBC Entertainment & The Cinema Society with Volvo.

Adding a little glitz to the evening, SJP wore a navy blue, silver, gold and white wavy striped calf-length sequined dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Tory Burch. Due to the chilly January weather she layered on a beautiful navy blue velvet Yves Saint Laurent blazer and defined her waist with a studded brown belt. I’m not sure I love this particular belt, but she did need one. | continue reading..

Ashley Greene in DKNY | 2012 People’s Choice Awards

It was definitely a treat when Ashley Greene arrived at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live last night for the 2012 People’s Choice Awards.

The 24-year-old actress, and current face of DKNY, was dressed to impress donning a custom-designed leather and lace dress!

It appears that Donna Karan took some inspiration from her latest Pre-Fall 2012 collection for  the “LOL: Laughing Out Loud” star last night. Ashley’s girly-yet-edgy dress reminded me of the lace top with a flounce hem paired with the leather skirt from the collection. | continue reading..

Nicole Kidman in Jean Paul Gaultier | 45th Annual CMA Awards

Nicole Kidman arrived on the red carpet last night at the Bridgestone Arena with her husband Keith Urban for the 45th Annual CMA Awards.

Nicole wore a metallic strapless embroidered column gown from the Fall/Winter 2011 Haute Couture collection by Jean Paul Gaultier.

I love the dress; but I don’t like anything else about this look. She looks really stiff, and the space between her neck and the dress looks really long and awkward the way it’s cut off by that Fred Leighton diamond choker. With a gown like this, you didn’t even need that choker. If she wanted to wear a necklace, long layers of two would have sufficed. | continue reading..
