Katy Perry spent the Fourth of July — and the eve before her “Part Of Me 3D” movie release — on a bike ride in Venice, California where she wore her best stars and stripes outfit.

Though the 27-year-old is known for her vibrant stage costumes, she didn’t opt for an in-your-face red, white and blue ensemble — but instead, stuck by pastel tones.

Katy wore a baby blue, light red and white “USA” reversible string bikini from the upcoming Resort 2013 collection by WILDFOX Swim, which she covered up with a lightweight RUGBY Ralph Lauren “Haeleigh” dress.
