Viola Davis attended the Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards ceremony last night, where Meryl Street presented her with an award to honor her work in film.

This was one of the rare red carpet appearances Viola has made since award season earlier this year to promote “The Help”.

Meryl Streep was back on the red carpet last night for the 2012 Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards, which were held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.

The eye-glasses wearing “Hope Springs” actress kept it simple for the low-key awards gala wearing a “Elegante” nude long sleeve dress by MaxMara, who sponsored the soirèe.

Normally I like to see a pop of color, but I think it was best for Meryl to keep to black accessories this time around. | continue reading..

Last night Jenna Dewan-Tatum had, yet another, stylish red carpet moment when she attended the 2012 Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards, which were held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.

The 31-year-old actress wore a darling sage green twisted halterneck jumpsuit by MaxMara, who sponsored the event, and pretty much rocked it. The color also make her light eyes pop.

Naturally, I think the hem of her pants should have been brought up an inch or two in order to appreciate a peek of her heels, but I love the style and fit of the one piece on her.

Jenna perfectly accessorized with a metallic gold Swarovski “Dedicace” vintage clutch and matching Irene Neuwirth jewelry.

She would so get added brownie points if she wore gold sandals!

This look was complete with complimentary make-up and a glamorous mane of cascading curls.

Did you like Jenna’s evening jumpsuit?

Stana Katic brought a touch of classic glamour to the red carpet last night for the 2012 Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards.

The “CBGB” actress wore a simply chic Lisa Ho black long sleeve crepe dress.

If you look closely, you’ll see pocket detailing at her chest and hips.

Stana’s hair had risen to heights I’m not use to outside of editorial, but I appreciate that she took a risk to really set her look apart from the other attendees while embracing a retro style. | continue reading..
